Project Description:-
In telecommunication, Interactive Voice Response System (I.V.R.S) is defined as interaction
of human through machine. Some organizations use this process to promote their
organization.
In this process, According to requirement call flow is prepared and prompt(Audio file which
we have to play for customer) is included in the call flow. Once dialing initiated, If customer
pick the call then it is considered as Success. All the status of the call are updated in the
Database.
Roles and Responsibilities:-
Uploading the mobile numbers into servers for Dial out, Which is provided by the
client and Dial out initiated.
Monitoring the servers and checking the issues.
Report was shared to client at end of the day of dial out according to client
requirement.
Technical Skills:-
Comfortable to write queries in MySQL.
Experience in Linux commands.

Graduated B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering stream on 2015 at Godavari
Institute of Engineering and Technology.
