SUMMARY
As a Rope Access level-III Supervisor, the individual undertakes the core task of maintaining,
inspecting(NDT), and repairing in challenging and elevated environments using specialized rope
access techniques. Duties often completed and listed on the Rope Access works are – rigging
ropes, conducting safety assessments, executing tasks such as welding, painting, equipment
installation at heights or confined spaces, and addressing tasks that traditional access methods
cannot easily reach.

Performed UT corrosion monitoring on various types of static equipment such as
pressure vessels, columns, storage tanks, boilers, furnaces, launcher, and receiver
and piping.
Ultrasonic testing is carried out for lamination check for various diameter pipes
and preparing reports.
Thoroughly reading and understanding various kinds of construction drawings
such as ISOMETRIC, GA, PEFS, etc.
Conducting visible and fluorescent type of MT and PT on various static

Performing angle probe and normal probe UT inspection in repair activities of pressure

tubes, Heat exchangers, Strainers, and HRSG components.
Deal with oil well areas of High H2S and Hydrocarbon for UT performance.
Identifying areas of special concern and deterioration (e.g., dead legs, injection points,
buried piping, corrosion under insulation (CUI), erosion & and corrosion/erosion.
Magnetic Particle Testing on Heavy Pressure Vessels with connecting tubes, boiler
superheated coils, etc.
Ultrasonic Inspection of Various Size Plates and Pipes
Review the Ultrasonic Thickness Measurement, and Corrosion Monitoring for On-plot - Off
plot Pipelines, Pressure Vessels, Test & Bulk Separators, Heat Exchangers, Columns, Launcher-
Receivers & Storage Tanks.
Daily job planning and managing crew allocation.
Conducting toolbox meeting every day before activities start up.
Conducting seminar for NDT techniques and site safety rules as weekly basis.
Setting targets for the crew daily, weekly, and monthly.
