4. The Chairman of CGEWCC, Shri. S. Vetliangiri welcorned the
paaticipants. After the introduction of participating members who
attended the meeting, the Chairman requested the Executive
Secretaq/ Smt. P. Revathi to propeed with t]1e following agenda:

(2) Any other matter with permission of the Chair.
5. Ms.P.Revathi, Exccutive Secretary, welcomed the
Chairn-rarl and all the Men]bers who \l,cre present physically and b1
virtual. Secretarv requested fie membcrs lor the suggestion of3/12 additional hoiida;s
to be includcd with the 14 compulsoN closed holidals declared by the I)oP I' r'ide
O.M. F. No. 12,'212023-lCA dated 09.O7.202.4.
6. During discussions, the lollowing three days wcre uncnimously
agrecd to be included in the list <l1'closed holidays 1br re ycar 2025 and the
balancc 9 da],s oladditional holidays were included in the R.l I. list.
