I am writing to express my interest in the Program Coordinator- Data Analytics & Monitoring at State
Health Resource Center Raipur. With over three years of experience in handling large data sets,
conducting statistical analyses, and managing research projects, I am confident in my ability to
contribute effectively to your team.
During my tenure as a Project Manager at Apollo Hospitals Enterprises Limited, I am managing a large
project efficiently with implementing new plans and initiatives to achieve project objectives, ensuring
successful project execution with maintaining quality standards. I coordinated with cross-disciplinary
team members to meet project requirements, deadlines, and schedules, showcasing my strong project
management skills.
As a District VBD Specialist with the TCI Foundation, I led a team that successfully reduced malaria cases
by 40% in 2023. My role involved providing technical guidance, training, supervision, monitoring, and
surveillance of vector-borne diseases. This position required excellent data management and analytical
skills, which I developed further while working on data analysis and reporting.
At the Asian Development Research Institute, I served as a State Project Coordinator, where I improved
state performance in disease surveillance programs from 60% to 90%. I provided technical support,
developed training materials, and engaged in documentation, research, and policy development. My
ability to conduct in-depth data analysis using software packages such as SPSS and R was critical in
achieving these results.
In addition to my project management and analytical skills, unfortunately I don’t have any published
paper but looking forward to have some in future with eminent professionals from this office. My
research on health-related quality of life amongst TB patients was my dissertation as part of my
curriculum and part of TBCC project. This study highlighted my ability to conduct statistical data analysis
and interpret complex data like survival analysis, further demonstrating my analytical prowess.
I am proficient in data management and analysis software, including SPSS, STATA, and R, which are
essential tools for conducting statistical analyses and managing large datasets. My comprehensive
experience and skills make me a strong candidate for the Program Coordinator- Data Analytics &
Monitoring at State Health Resource Center Raipur.
