 DAY WISE SCHEDULE
• Day 1 (Friday) - Mumbai/Pune to Malvan
Departure from Pune/Mumbai
our bus departure starts from Wakad bridge Pune. if you are from Mumbai we have
connecting bus/cab service till Pune. you will be provided ticket in a ac bus from Mumbai
till Pune.

Pune pickup time: Wakad Bridge, Bhujbal chowk, Warje, Chandini Chowk, Navale bridge
(Overnight journey in Tempo traveller 9 hrs)

• DAY 2 (Saturday)
Reach Malvan in the morning, breakfast on the way at kankvali at the same place we will
freshen up (no bathing). We will directly go the beach for scuba diving, and other
watersports, spend your day enjoying the sports, lunch time will be 2:30- 4:00 Pm so carry
snacks with you and later in to the stay. After dinner overnight stay.

note: Hotel checkin time: 11:00 am, So we use highway restaurant with sufficient
washrooms to freshen up, change clothes and get ready (no bathing)

Day 3 (Sunday)
Wake up early and ready by 6:00 am for Dolphin Safari and boating across the backwaters
of Karli river, Tsunami Island, Crocodile Point, and Devbaug Sangam
Breakfast and later proceed for sightseeing of Sindhudurg fort, evening at rock garden if
time permits, and return journey to Mumbai/Pune
Enroute dinner and Overnight journey

Day 4 (Monday)
Reach Pune by 5-7 am with Lots Of memories ❣️

delay can happen on some days. all travellers are requested to call respective trip leaders before reaching the
boarding point

 THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE YOU BOOK

Scheduled pickup times are subject to change depending on actual start time and Traffic
conditions If there is any delay in the pickup, organizers are not be blamed at all because we
don't intentionally make it late and we are bound by external factors.
At peak Weekends due to traffic in city/Delay in bus arrival Pickup points are subject to
change and we might ask to assemble at a common point in Mumbai & Pune Pickup will
happen at highways and specific locations only, no after-requests will be entertained to make
a pickup at specific locations.
Live location of the vehicle will be shared with the group and you can leave your place
according to the live location of the bus Bus/vehicle will not wait more than 10 minutes at any
specific pickup point for travelers, you will be asked to come to the next boarding point at
your own cost.
Organizers have the right to alter or change the itinerary and their decision will be final
Bus Seats are 1st Come 1st Serve basis, we do not reserve any seat for any
Participant. If you wish to Reserve any Particular seat then Charges as below are
applicable - 1-3 Row seats extra 300/- Per head , 3-5 Row seats Extra 200/- Per
head.
If you are Booking at the last moment and last row seats are only available then seats will be
given at discounted price of 200/- per head.
Sightseeing mentioned depends on time constraints, and if any spot is skipped we are not
responsible
You need to follow the timelines given by organisers in order to ensure smooth functioning of
the trip. There is very limited scope for lunch to happen, hence we provide a fulfilling
breakfast and request you to eat snacks in between the activities
Extra bedding will be provided for Quad sharing and its mutual decision between travelers
that who will be accomodating on extra matress or else opt for a Double sharing plan.
Suitcase are strictly not allowed, only rucksacks and backpacks are allowed Tour may get

The booking amount is non-refundable (Rs. 3000)
Cancellations are done 30 days prior to the date of departure - No
cancellation charge (You can transfer in another date or use amt in other trips
Cancellations are done 29 - 15 days prior to the date of departure 40% of the
total trip cost would be charged as cancellation fees
Cancellations are done 14 - 7 days prior to the date of departure 70% of the
total trip cost would be charged as cancellation fees
Cancellations are done 7 - 1 days prior to the date of departure
100% of the total trip cost would be charged ascancellation fees
You are not applicable for a refund if you fail to show up on the day of
departure under the given timeline that has been provided to you
beforehand.

of the following reasons apply:
Natural disaster, war, civil unrest, and alteration or
cancellation of tour itinerary due to such causes.
Accidents during transportation or accommodations,
damage by fire.
Orders of either Indian governments or immigration
regulations, isolation resulting from infectious diseases,
and tour itinerary alteration or cancellation owing to
such causes.
