The name that appears on the ticket must match the documentation to be presented at the door of the venue. Access will not be
allowed if the ticket is incomplete, amended, torn, with signs of falsification or without the physical or digital ticket itself.3. The credit
card holder must present at the door of the premises the same card used to make the payment and an identification document that
includes a photograph (driver's license, ID or passport (photocopies are not allowed).4. If the card with which the purchase payment
was made had been stolen or the charge had been carried out due to fraudulent or improper use of the same, you must contact our
support team at least 24 hours in advance of the event.5. The premises reserves the right of admission under certain conditions,
including the ingestion of alcohol, drugs or narcotic substances or violent attitudes, among others. If entry is denied, no refund will
be offered.6. In case of theft or loss of the purchased tickets, contact our support team as soon as possible.7. Eden Ibiza does
not accept returns on purchased tickets. Any change must be requested to our support team before the event.8. If the event is
cancelled, you will be notified in advance by email and the entire purchase will be refunded.9. Lineup subject to change. Tickets will
