001 GSTTT Ladder

[00:00:00] The deepest fear for human beings is Darkness. It's stepping into the
Abyss. It's moving into the Unknown. And if you're trying to give people advice
without clarifying that Darkness, without making that Abyss dissolve, your
advice will fall on deaf ears. They will not listen. They will shun you. Because
you were not speaking to their fearful Lizard Brain, you were thinking they're
rational beings that listen.

Human beings are lost without a Map. The GSTTT Ladder is about giving them
at least the feeling that there is a Map so that they gain some confidence and
move forward so that you can actually help people. Otherwise, there will be no
Tribe. You'l l be getting kicked out from everywhere you go. Because human
beings want and need to stay in their comfort zone, in the thing that seems clear
to them. Wherever there is [00:01:00] light.

And they have no desire in to moving in the dark spaces where all the gold
exists. So this is important. When you're building a Tribe, if you don't clarify
the Darkness, either your Tribe will stay stuck and therefore you cannot help
anyone. They become Keyboard Jockeys and Manosphere Incels.

Because you're just offering them Philosophy without practice. We want to

bring the strategic as well as the implementation to this situation. So again, you
will be an unwelcome Prophet if you don't use the GSTTT Ladder.

And human beings have been whipped, they had their ability to have a vision, to
go into the Unknown, their Outlaw was whipped out of them by all of society
and history that seek to control those who are Poop Sock Peasants in order for
them not to move, so everyone who comes to you is already pre programmed,
[00:02:00] to not trust in themselves enough to move out of their comfort zone.
And if they do, and they feel it's too much Darkness, it's too much Unknown,
they will take a few steps forward and then they will run back into their old
selves, unable to do the plan and what you know that will work for them.

Especially the educational system. The educational system has messed up.
people up into being a perfectionist, but a very, very weird meaning of that
word because human beings are trying to conform into an unattainable
perfection standard that does not work. You have to show people the path, you
have to walk first, and that's your job as a leader.
Like, record and put the light on the path all the way to the treasure. And show
them, "Look, the path exists. It's Safe. It's New. It's Easy. It's Big." and then,
they will listen using the GSTTT [00:03:00] Ladder.

And human beings have a glamorized sense of Employment. They tell you,
"Oh, being an employee is a safe path. Oh, your parents want you to be an
employee."

Even if you think about it: a lawyer is basically an employee. He is just working
in the Court and working for his clients. He's a glorified freelance employee.
He's self employed, but self employed as an employee. Doctors as well. They
cannot just take time off and go to Ibiza or go to Dubai or go to Miami.

So there is this glorification of being an employee and what happens to

employees? Employees get told what to do and they do it. They have clarity on
the Standard Operating Procedures and the systems and the GSTTT is a way for
you to create Standard Operating Procedures, with an S plural, for your
Philosophy.

It's about time to become a whisperer to the Lizard Brain. And GSTTT is one
[00:04:00] of the best tools that allow us to mix logic with the Lizard Brain
tendencies in order to give a push, a head start to the Lizard Brain and become
the Lizard Brain Whisperers.

Otherwise, your Tribe does not take any action. You become the Men of
Inaction. You become the Men of Inaction, unable to do anything. And if your
Tribe does not grow, You do not make more money because your Tribe pays
you from their results. And if your Tribe does not grow and does not take
action, you will feel like those charlatans who are not really helping people. But
selling them a dream that does not work in reality.

Why?? It's so easy. Just use the GSTTT Framework and Ladder and the other
frameworks of Primal Status Elevation. Your Tribe will take action. You'll have
testimonials, case studies, people who collaborate with you. Your Tribe
becomes the successful network that you wish you had, rather than people that
you're [00:05:00] embezzling, basically.

And that you're playing games with their minds, pushing them into inaction.
Like the Manosphere and the Red Pill guys, and the Get Rich Quick schemes,
and all those people do.
So the solution is G S T T T. And now, I'll show you how to use it. This is
going to be very practical. very implementable. And when you have GSTTT,
your Tribe feels a sense of relief that finally they can be Winners because you
clarified the path for them and told them this is Step 1, this is Step 2, this is step
3.

Not exactly in this sense because GSTTT is a lot more advanced than step by
step. But, finally, your Tribe will think, "Okay, this makes sense. I can imagine
myself understanding this. I can imagine myself doing this. This makes sense.
Let me do it." Rather than being confused and thinking, "I'm not ready. I don't
know what to do. What is this all about? It's unclear."

Because there is something called the Curse of Knowledge. You [00:06:00]

know what you know, but other people, when you explain it, don't know what
you know. And therefore, in order to communicate it to them, you need to use
something that lifts the Curse of Knowledge to communicate to them exactly
how you see the world and what you mean so that they can implement and
move away from the Unknown.

In many ways as the Primal Status Superior, your role is the Dispeller of the
Unknown. Your role is to be brave enough to look outside the comfort zone into
the Unknown, to chart a Map into it. You are the Map Maker and to use GSTTT
as a Ladder in order to bring people Into that place.

Otherwise, what will happen? Your Tribe will dissolve because people there
who see each other as stuck in action.

They will look and they will think this is a joke. And it happened. It happened a
lot within many communities, including the Hustlers University and even the
War Room. There are videos on YouTube about that, where the [00:07:00]
successful guys looked around and they're like, "Everybody is a loser. What's
going on here? Nobody's getting any results. They're all pretending."

And therefore, if you don't use the GSTTT Ladder, your Tribe will dissolve,
dissipate. The best people will leave. They will like, "Goodbye, I'm a Winner, I
don't belong here." And the losers, they will keep losing, and then they will
blame it on you. And, truthfully, they can, because you did not Dispel the
Unknown, you did not do your role as the person who is the Map Maker, and
that puts a rift between you and your Tribe, making you return, start from zero,
and lose reputation in the process.
And every single Tribe member who could have been such a beautiful, Super
Fan forever will be gone, leaving you to join another Tribe, leaving you alone
with a big rift, an Abyss between you and them.

Plus, understand that when it comes to Primal Status Elevation, momentum

[00:08:00] compounds results. So you should not lose early results because
you're not serving and helping. And I don't mean it as a servant leader, that's a
low status way, but I mean adding value.

The way to add value to your Tribe is not to bamboozle them only. I mean, part
of it, the Philosophy, is in some ways, it's fine, it entertains people, it gives
them, like, a dreamy kind of arousing idea, but also deliver results!

Give them both the hamburger that is delicious and full of vitamins, not an
empty and devoid of any nutrition. And your results as well: The more that your
Tribe members make money again, the more they can pay you big bucks, and
the richer your life will be so that GSTTT again brings people together because
when they feel they see the path that other people do not see, they feel Superior,
they feel Us Versus Them without you needing to necessarily have negative
things to say about others.

And it gives you [00:09:00] too that sense of meaningfulness in your life that
you're doing what works and GSTTT allows people and you yourself to aim for
bigger Goals because they're borrowing confidence from you. And you as well,
you know that you can help them more than anyone else because you're using
the Primal Status Frameworks and therefore you are able, willing and really
successful at shooting for the moon and helping them shoot for the moon and
succeed at it. And your Tribe becomes Superior. It becomes an Elite Circle of
super successful people that open doors for you and you open doors for them.
All because you use GSTTT Ladder and the other frameworks of Primal status
Elevation.

And the opposite of that literally is death. That if you're not giving people
GSTTT Ladder understandings, they will literally get atrophied and shrink their
comfort zone more and [00:10:00] more and more until their life becomes
basically indistinguishable from being a Zombie, or from dying. It's your duty to
fill your Tribe with life in an easy way.

All you need to do is Clarify the Unknown to them and shed light on the Abyss
so they see it's not an Abyss. It's a it's a beautiful path and you use the GSTTT
Ladder in order to do that. Otherwise, you'll be forgotten soon enough. All
people will remember you as a loser who was not able to help them someone
who tried and dissipated and ran away through the night. And you end your life.
Do you want that such a life?

A meaningless life where you end up forgotten because you try to help people
and they got so disappointed that they're like, "That guy. I don't want to hear
from him. I don't want to hear about him. He's Done for me forever!" And that's
such a frustrating way to try to help people, to be well meaning, but because
you're not speaking, while using [00:11:00] GSTTT Ladder to clarify the path to
the Lizard Brain.

They will not do it. And therefore, the harder you try, the more people will shun
you because they feel that you're diving them or pushing them to dive into the
Abyss and the Unknown. And that instinctive fear triggers against you rather
than you working with the Lizard Brain. You become an anti operator.

So, again, GSTTT Ladder, I'll give you examples and explanation very, very
soon. But without it, you'll be misunderstood, you'll be speaking the language of
the Neocortex, but the Lizard Brain will be shivering in fear, unable to
implement, unable to move forward, and people, even if they understand you,
remember, there is that saying: that you cannot explain something to someone if
their paycheck depends on them not getting it. In the same way, you can explain
everything to people without using the GSTTT [00:12:00] Ladder, but what
happens is their Lizard Brain will see it as dangerous, will see it as Darkness,
will see it as the Unknown. And it will not move forward.

I grew up like that. I grew up feeling misunderstood with the Delusional

Confidence, I relegated it to being a Genius and part of being Genius is being
misunderstood. People made no sense to me. People seemed crazy. I was like,
"What the hell is going on with humanity? They don't make sense. They're
crazy creatures."

And I didn't feel I belonged anywhere. I spent all my life traveling. I lived in
different parts of Asia. I lived in different parts of Europe. I lived in Brazil. I
lived in different parts of the world, including Ukraine, because I was looking
and searching for a place where I feel I belonged. And now I understand it's not.

You build your Tribe and your Tribe will give you the sense of belonging
because we are attracted to people with similar Philosophies and similar
temperaments and therefore there is a Tribe for you. We create [00:13:00] our
own Mini-Universe. We don't find it somewhere else. And therefore, I felt
misunderstood. People made no sense. I didn't belong because I did not use the
GSTTT Ladder and other Primal Status Elevation tools.
And 20 years. I mean, I was thinking about it today in the shower, actually. I
was thinking, well, if I had this knowledge 20 years ago, would I be me today?
And I thought, actually, maybe I wouldn't appreciate it.

I wouldn't even get it. I would be one of those people that don't see the value
because I believe You need to suffer a bit before you can see the value of using
Primal Status Elevation. You need to go into Hell in order to make it to Heaven,
and therefore, in many ways, I'm lucky that I have it now. Of course, I wish I
started 10 years ago, 20 years ago, 5 years ago, but hey, I'm here and I'm giving
it everything.

So, GSTTT stands for: Goal, Strategy, [00:14:00] Tactics, Techniques, Tools.
What is the powerful thing about this? You are clarifying every level of
meaning that human beings are interested in. People who look at the forest, they
see the big picture because you're providing them the Goal and the Strategies.
People who are interested in the trees and to be looking at the specific details,
will get the techniques and the tools.

The full Map works as you answering every single question that the Lizard
Brain needs to have about something specific within your Philosophy and your
ability to create a Map to the world that allows people to have no questions
unanswered.

And therefore you're helping them feel ready and feel safe. That's part of New
Easy Safe and Big. This makes it seem and feel Easy Safe. And therefore it
works.

Let me explain it in this way. I'll give you example first. Example of GSTTT as
a Ladder itself. GSTTT is the [00:15:00] Tool. The Techniques are me showing
you right now how to use it, using this video. The Tactics of it is creating Maps
for people to understand reality. The Strategy is using your Magician
Archetype. The Goal is Primal Status Elevation.

And therefore, if you understand this: You structure your content, you structure
your educational pieces, you structure your messaging and communication,
showing them this is the right Goal to have.

I'll show you different examples in order to explain this. Let's say about religion
and let's say, prayer beads. I hope that's how they call them. So the Tool is
prayer beads. The Technique is, say 100 Hail Marys or whatever it is. The
Tactics is, it actually works as a Mantra. So the Tactic is to silence the mind so
that you fill it with the thought about God.
The Strategy is remembering and connecting with God. The Goal is
worshipping God. So, you see how, how it works. Or even in [00:16:00]
productivity, let's say the Tool is Ai. The Techniques would be, Prompt
Engineering. The Tactics will be to have Ai, let's say it's Auto-GPT or
something like that, have an Ai automate searches and finding solutions for
problems. The Strategy is leverage, the ability to leverage tools and techniques
so that you increase your productivity and output per second and have
superpowers of leverage. And the Goal is, let's say the biggest Goal is to
become a one person business, you know, so one person business, you don't
want employees, you use Ai and therefore you let Ai automate a lot of stuff.

And how does this work even deeper? Every branch... We will speak or might
speak about BEMERI which is a part of the Mentorship and even GSTTT I use
it in many many parts of the Mentorship. I'm just giving you the tool right now.
The big picture over time or in the Mentorship.,

So this is your Perspective. [00:17:00] The GSTTT is how you show your
Perspective to other people, to your Tribe members. You tell them "This is the
right Goal and this is the Reason Why and all other Goals are wrong and this is
the Reason Why. Within that Goal, you can have different Strategies or one
Strategy, and then you can say, "Oh, this is the right Strategy because blah,
blah, blah, and all the Strategies are inferior."

The Tactics, the tactics are, "Okay, this is how to implement this Strategy in
these specific ways." And then Techniques and tools. You have to think about it
differently. So the Tools that implement the Tactics, how to use them is the
Techniques. I hope that's clear.

So you need to use Tools, otherwise you have no leverage. Even a pen and a
paper. So let's say Morning Pages. You know, I don't know whether you know
that Technique Morning Pages, which is waking up and writing freehand a
page, two, whatever it is. And you need to write it by hand and pen and paper.
So the Tool is pen and paper. The Technique is to write [00:18:00] Every
morning for 30 minutes.

The Tactic is to empty, to empty your Liminal Part, which is the part. Okay. Let
me explain the theory about it: Which is that a lot of people have breakthroughs
and insights that are at the edge of their consciousness. They are at the Liminal
Edge between their subconscious and their conscious.

And because they have breakthroughs there, but they're too busy running,
running, running on the hamster wheel. They don't take time to stop and drain
what is stopping those breakthroughs from coming to the surface. So when you
use something like Morning Pages, you drain those things that were blocking
your insights and suddenly the insights come and you're like, "Wow, this is so
useful!"

So like I said, the Tactic is to connect with your Liminal Breakthroughs. The
Strategy is to trust your subconscious, that it already has the answers and it's
trying to help you. That's a Strategy.

And, and the goal, again, you can think about the Goal is leverage or [00:19:00]
the Goal is creativity. It's yours. You define, and that's what I workshop with
many, many of my clients on the seven BEMERI dimensions we clarify GSTTT
within that plus within your communication. And in everything you do.

Do it. If you're writing an article brainstorm and clarify GSTTT. What is the
right Goal for them? You can use it for yourself, but i'm saying it for your Tribe.
Let's say you're writing an article about, YouTube.

So what is the right Goal for them? I would say the right Goal is to Build a
Tribe that is Superior to any other Goal, like becoming Mr. Beast or
entertaining or whatever it is. The Strategy for it is, to share your Philosophy
every day. The Tactic is to use live streams because live streams make people
feel something is happening in real time. That's exciting, much more exciting
than recording recorded videos for human beings. The Tool is StreamYard.
[00:20:00] And the Techniques, for example, is to start, start every live stream
with, music and to react to a popular person from an SEO perspective. So that's
GSTTT.

Now, if you give people all this, how did it feel for you? It feels "Oh my God,
this is not Unknown anymore. This is not an Abyss anymore. This makes sense.
I can do it That sounds attainable. That sounds possible and that's 33 percent of
the battle right there."

So you are the Map Maker. You cannot tell people "There is a treasure. There is
a treasure somewhere. There is a treasure somewhere!" They'll be like, "What
do you mean??" Imagine if I came to you and I said "There is a treasure. It's five
billion dollars." And you're like, where is it? "It's in the middle of the forest
somewhere" and which forest? "I don't know. I don't know. I don't know" but
instead if I gave you this Map and I said "Look This is the Map. This is the Goal
This is Strategy, the Tactics, the Techniques, the Tools," and you're like, "Oh
my god, the Map is so clear. I'm running. I'm running to get that treasure." and
then your [00:21:00] Tribe grows, the Winner effect moves.
The full Map of Primal Stats Elevation, which is SAC squared. It's SAC, SAC. I
shared one of the SACs in the YouTube channel, which is Superiority,
Autonomy, and Certainty. And I am saying that GSTTT is a tool that allows
you, it falls under the category of Certainty. It's one of the Certainty inducing
Tools because, remember, when human beings and any brain is in a foggy,
overwhelmed, confused state, it feels uncertain and it does not move.

But the more you Clarify the path to people using The G S T T T Ladder the
more they feel certain. They're like "It makes sense. It seems Easy." It's like
they go in their mind, and create a Mental Map of the GSTTT, almost as if they
have walked the path in their mind. And then it becomes possible for them to go
for it in reality.

And then you can have real impact. [00:22:00] Then, when you share GSTTT
thoughts within your Market and within your Tribe, people change. People's
lives change. They implement. The world is impacted by your presence. And
that's absolutely... meaningful.

So use it. Use GSTTT. It's useful for many things, but at least use it to clarify
the Seven Dimensions of your Philosophy. Of course, in the Mentorship, I work
in much more specifics, but you already have more than 99% of people. If you
don't win, just with using this, you are falling behind. I believe in you. I believe
you're a Magician like me. I'm giving you absolutely one of the best tools ever.

So sit down. Anytime you want to communicate a thought, especially about

your Philosophy, What is the right Goal? Why is this the right Goal? What is
the wrong Goal? Why is it the wrong Goal? What is the Strategy or the few,
three, four Strategies that allow people to create the Emergent Property that is
this Goal? And why are those Strategies [00:23:00] superior? Then, what are the
Tactics for each Strategy in order to implement it? And then for those Tactics,
what tools to use and what are the Techniques that allow people to use those
Tools properly and then you dominate.

You become someone who literally brightens up and sends shivers of pleasure
and electric feelings within the Lizard Brain that feels "Oh my God! I found the
Primal Status Superior who clarifies things for me. He protects me because he
shows me the path and it's Safe because he already walked there and showed me
that it's Safe. It's Easy because now it makes sense. It's New because nobody
explained it with GSTTT before. It's Big!" Because of course, that's what we
work on. If your opportunity, if your Goal does not allow you to at least become
someone who makes a million dollar a year, your Goal is too small, you're
thinking too small, therefore it's Big by definition because we're Big like that.
And your Tribe will move towards your vision, towards one [00:24:00]
direction. If you thought about all those people who created mass movements, if
you studied them deep down, they use GSTTT, the GSTTT Ladder forever. If
you don't do this, people will get confused, they will dissipate, they will walk in
all directions, run in circles, and that's such a horrible way of being. But with
the GSTTT Ladder...

understand it in this way. The person with the clearest GSTTT Ladder attracts
most of the help, the energy, the resources and people. That's how it works.
Human beings move in one direction when they have clarity, when they feel
you are giving them clarity. GSTTT, the GSTTT Ladder is your key to that.

Love it, embrace it, tattoo it on your, on your head. Use it, practice it for five
minutes every day as I recommended in the Podcast episode in YouTube, which
I called Real Value Sucks. It's Podcast episode eight. Watch that and you'll see
this recommendation. Use this. Five minutes every day. Soon enough, you
[00:25:00] will have this as part of your instincts. You'll communicate through
it automagically.

This is just the first one. Of multiple Warrior Trainings. I will alternate, that's
my plan now. I'm going to alternate between Primal Status Elevation Trainings
and Dirty Debating Tricks Training. These are some of the Dirty Debating
Tricks, but there are a few things I will intersperse between them.

The GSTTT Ladder is what you had today, and it's a powerful thing. It took me
a long time to clarify the 5% that give you 95% of the results, and that's that.
We will work as well in no specific order about the Warrior Webs the King
Kommander, the Magician Manoeuver, the Lover Lenses, the Outlaw Ousting.
These are Dirty Debating Tricks that allow you to defend your Tribe, defend
your Philosophy even against Zherka or anyone no matter how bulldozing or
strong or great they are. Whoever it is, whether it's Cuckstiny or whoever.

And within those,[00:26:00] there'll be every week new ones There is a lot to
talk about. And each one is very, very practical and useful. You have the
framework now you clarify, put on a pen and a paper or a document or
whatever, and write G S T T T. So it reminds you of writing Goal, Strategy,
Tactics, Techniques, Tools. And then conquer this life and reality.
