under antibiotic prophylaxis ( moncef and amikasin) cystoscopy - urethra normal. rt uo cannulated teremo
passed across, urs 6/7.5 fr passed rt midureteric stone fragmented iusing laser holmium, fragements
removed
and retrived uneventful procedure, 5/26 dj stent placed 16 fr foleys

f/up in uro opd with dr valsangkar sir with prior appointment friday
