We recommend carrying out a Training Needs Analysis and Design Strategy exercise to assess, align, and plan the activities for enhancing your training content.
This exercise will enable us to determine the extent of the enhancements as well as determine the best approach to meet your needs.
As part of the strategy exercise:

Augmented Reality

We can enhance the learner experience further with the use of


Augmented Reality (AR). Some use cases for AR are provided below:

• Scan images to journey through the stores, corporate offices and a


whole lot more!
• Customer engagement scenarios etc.
• Scan posters to unlock and download materials at each stage of
the learning journey (welcome email, host mindset and service
philosophy pointers, cue cards, interactive PDFs, games, etc.)
• Scan QR codes to discover local highlights and delights!

One asset – multiple use cases:


• in training
• on the Motto website
• for enhancing guest experience
• for marketing,
• in promotion events, etc.
Using an Android or iOS AR app, learners/guests can scan an image (called a "Trigger")
and reveal deeper content layered on top of the image. All material downloaded by the
participants will stay in the app for future reference.

Instore or customer engagement experiences

Activated via an instore sticker / poster distributed to all retail shops, the
augmented reality in-store tips are pushed via the App. A notification is
sent to Retail Professionals to look out for hints and tip updates using their
smart phone / device. When pointed at the trigger, the device launches an
augmented tip of the day.

These augmented experiences could be video or static image based - Hey! Got a few

In addition to complete facilitator materials, visual
aids, and tools, we will also develop participant
workbooks, handouts, and job aids. These
materials are designed to be used during the class,
but also as quick reference guides after the
training session. We strive to design materials that
are useful on a daily basis, not that collect dust on
your bookshelf.
