Warranty:

● PV Module: 12-Years Product warranty & 30-Years Performance warranty

● On grid Inverter comes with a 10-Years on-site service warranty and any complaints will
be attended and rectified within 48 Hrs.
● System – Total System is warrantied for 10 Years from the date of installation.

This warranty shall not apply to defects resulting from:

● Willful damage or negligence, normal wear and tear

● Installation and /or maintenance by Customer or a third party
● Misuse or abuse of Equipment Modifications or alterations made by Customer or a third
party without consent from B&B Associates.
Conditions:

● The quotation valid 15 days from the date of issue

● Total MNRE Subsidy amount eligible asper Circular attached -will be credited to bank
account within 6 months (Note: Subsidy amount may vary according to government
policy changes)
● According to the RTS circular from MNRE dated 14 February 2024 Subsidy for
residential households Rs. 30,000/- per kW up to 2 kW; Rs. 18,000/- per kW for
additional capacity up to 3 kW Total Subsidy for systems larger than 3 kW capped at
Rs 78,000
● The price quoted is inclusive of taxes and duties, and covers the cost of pre-installation
survey, transportation, handling charges, supply installation and commissioning of a
standard installation.
● The contractor shall complete the supply and installation of the system within 45 days
from the date of receipt of 50% advance payment. Commissioning supervision will be
provided after the completion of the installation.

How our solar solution & services are cost efficient?

Product Maintenance

The quotation proposal & agreement is prepared inclusive of the 10-year periodic maintenance.
Example.

For a 3kw solar plant an average of 12 units will be the output production per day.
Without periodic maintenance once in 6 months the efficiency of the plant will get reduced by 20 - 30%.
Which means 2.4 units’ lesser production i.e., only 9.6 units’ average production in a day.
2.4 units * 365 days = 876 units a year
876 units * Rs 8 = Rs 7,008 per year
Rs 7,884 * 10 years = Rs 70,080
Loss amount during the 10-year period if not cleaned once in six months = Rs 70,080

AMC – Free Periodic maintenance will be provided once in 6 months

during the 10-year warranty period.
