DEMAND LETTER
We act as solicitors to Akinbo Oluwatise David, of Isonkan Estate, Akobo Ibadan,
Oyo State, Nigeria, with registered business “TUSH MUSIC”. hereinafter in this Letter
referred to as “our client” and on whose mandates we write you this Letter.
Our client informed us and we verily believe him that sometime in June this year,
you had his mandate to get sponsorship for a party-show and event he solely was the
promoter and organizer.
Our clients informed us that at some point he withdrew his consent because you
went against the ethics of the agreement as the proposals ordinarily should bear the
registered name of the promoter and organizer being our client; instead you
deliberately cropped out his brand name and also completely ignored the
acknowledgement therein the proposal forwarded to the brand “MARTEL” and would
rather replace it your own(Impero Entertainment), thereby falsely representing yourself
as the promoter of the said event.
Our client further informed us and we believe him that owing to this he made it
clear to you that he no longer wants to be a part of it as this constitutes a flagrant
breach to his brand identity and against the ethics of the whole arrangement.
Further, our client informed us and we verily believe him that against his warning
to desist further after his withdrawal that you went on to seek out the said MARTEL
unilaterally, and that you indeed received the sum of Twenty Million Naira
(N20,000,000.00) from the fraudulent misrepresentation.
Now, our client has briefed us that the entire arrangement was that you Imperor
Entertainment were only supposed to partner him on the afterparty and not the main
event which you were only supposed to be a bystander.
We have the mandates of our client to demand, command and direct you to pay
the said sum of Twenty Million Naira (N20,000,000.00) only into this office within fifteen
(15) days commencing from the date on this letter.

TAKE NOTICE that we have the further mandates of our clients to institute legal action
against you for fraudulent misrepresentation and obtaining by false pretense without
further correspondence to you in this regard, if you fail, refuse and neglect to heed to
the demands as stated in this letter.
