This is a story about a little boy. His name is Salim. When he was a child, he enjoyed

Listening 1:
1. I like capturing views of what I see using my own camera. Photography is
an interesting way to spend my time.
2. This is a traditional handmade piece of jewelry. Omani women especially
in Al Sharqiya Region still wear those beautiful bracelets.
3. The Omani Khanjar is made of silver. It is worn by men during special
occasions such as Eid’s and weddings.
4. The is a handmade pot that was used in the past to keep water cool.
People didn’t have fridges at that time.
5. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. The Omani people like
eating Omani honey with traditional bread.

I am a student. I am in Grade six. I usually get up at five o'clock. After
getting up, I brush my teeth and wash for prayers. I dressed my school
uniform. My father is a doctor. My mother is a nurse. They always wait
for me to have breakfast together. My school is far from my house.
So, I usually go to school by bus. I go to an international school. I play
football with my friends. At six o’clock, I do my homework. Then, I
have dinner at half past eight. Finally, I go to bed at half past nine.
