This business plan is not only for the fulfillment of the


requirements in this course, but it can be consider as an outline or as
an overview of how to put invest on a business like Processing
Sardines Plant for the future Entrepreneur and so for this. We would
like to express our deepest gratitude to the following people.

First to our family, for showing their immeasurable support


though out the period of doing this Business Plan, for giving us money
to support our financial needs while doing this.

Our classmates and friends for understanding and helping us in


all aspects of our school life, especially to Bethany Joy Divinagracia for
sharing her knowledge in doing architectural structure.

To our Professor, Mrs. Loriegen Salise, for giving us the


opportunityu to make this Business Plan that can help us in the future.

And most especially to the Almighty Father for giving us all the

Introduction

The Inglass Sardines Corporation wants to give additional income


to the society of Samal Island, livelihood projects throughout the entire
resident of Samal Island. And to produced Philippine Made Sardines to
supply the daily needs of the consumer.

1. At least 3 companies are exporting their products to some


selected countries thru their consolidators based in manila
2. One company is already a HACCP compliant
a. De Mari Food Products
3. Four companies are currently complying HACCP requirement
a. Samal Cooperative
b. Tito Mike’s Food Company
c. Alenter Foods Corporation
d. Zaragoza Foods Corporation

4. In January 2003, the DOST released the amount of P


130,000.00 to the Inglass Sardines of Dipolog Association (ISDA)
as a Grant-in-Aid for the Expansion and acquisition of two (2)
units of Glass Jar Sealer as a common Service facility
5. In April 2004, the provincial government of Zamboanga del
Norte released P500,000 as a soft loan to the ISDA. This amount was
part of the province’s 1 Bayan, 1 Produkto, 1 Milyong Piso Program.

exporting/importing of Sardine throughout the country.

Mission

To provide a standard and world class production of sardines that


meet the standards given by the Health Organizations across the
Philippines borders and to give our customer the delicious, healthy and
affordable sardines they deserved.

 To give assurance to our customer that our products are safe
and credited by HACCP
 To give job opportunities to our countrymen in the field of
Sardines Processing
 To give nutritious product that passed the requirements given by
BFAD “Bureau of Food and Drugs”
 To consider the Philippines as one of the Best Sardines
Processing Business Worldwide
 To be inline with the International Sardines Processing Business
