MEASUREMENTS:
* Some mm are out of tolerance. Pls make sure to be more careful!
Pls study all measurements carefully.
All measurements marked with * must be improved.
ADJUSTMENTS:
DETAILS:
* pls add secure stitching for the back pockets so they would not fall open when hanging. Pls make them so that they are easy to unravel!!
- Pls remember to use the new label package!!
WORKMANSHIP:
* side pockets are opening up very much. NOT OK. Pls make sure that it won't happen. To help this, the top pocket bag should be cut out in bias
and then slightly stretches when sewing it on - that helps to hold the pocket opening close to the body. See pic of the issue and improve.
- Pls be careful thread tension and stitch length is even on all top-stitches
- Pls avoid starts/stops at all top-stitches.
- Pls also make sure to cut off and remove all loose threads.
- Pls make sure to fasten all buttons nice and securely.
- Pls make 9 stitches on 2,4 cm on all top-stitches machines
- Pls ensure good quality ribs; make sure that they are having a good recovery.
- All the pockets start/stop places must have bartack.
Please follow above comments and measurements and proceed to production.
However, if it is a LICENCE style, then final approval is coming from the licensor! – VERY IMPORTANT!
Shipment sample must be received 10days before 1st CCD.
