Avid Audio Transfer of Ownership Program

Transfer of Hardware.
Avid audio hardware may be transferred by completing and submitting the form below. Transferrable hardware includes Avid audio creative
professional hardware (including Pro Tools HDX, HD and Native cards and interfaces) and Avid creative enthusiast hardware (including 003,
002, Eleven Rack, Mbox, and other devices). Ownership may also be transferred for other Avid hardware such as D-Control, D-Command,
Venue consoles (and accompanying components), Command 8, I/O devices, Artist series controllers, etc.
Pro Tools HD software registration is non-transferable. Avid does not transfer registered ownership of the software to a new owner. In
addition, some Pro Tools HD software licenses are not transferrable electronically between accounts using the iLok license Manager.

Pro Tools LE software registration is non-transferable. Avid does not transfer registered ownership of Pro Tools LE software to a new
owner.

Pro Tools software registration (version 9.0 and above) is non-transferable. Avid does not transfer registered ownership of Pro Tools
standalone software to the new owner. Transfer of iLok authorizations by buyers and sellers can be done using the iLok license Manager.
Transfer of iLok licenses are between the individual parties and are in no way associated with Avid. Avid will only register and support
software purchased by the original owner, and only when purchased as new from an Authorized Avid Dealer.

Plug-In and Optional Software registration is non-transferable. Avid does not transfer product registration for previously owned plug-ins
or other optional software from the original owner to another owner. Transfer of eligible iLok authorizations by buyers and sellers can be done
using iLok license Manager. Transfer of iLok licenses are between the individual parties and are in no way associated with Avid. Avid will
only register and support software purchased by the original owner, and only when purchased as new from an Authorized Avid Dealer.

Please note: Purchasers of previously owned software licenses are not entitled to upgrades, license replacements, install media, or support at
no charge. Pro Tools HD upgrades are only available to customers who own a compatible Avid hardware product and/or previous qualifying
software license.

Transferred hardware registration entitles a new owner to participate in the Avid Hardware Exchange Program and to obtain repair service -
assuming the hardware was registered with Avid by the original owner and is still within the applicable warranty period. Otherwise, repair
service will include fees. Purchasers of previously owned Pro Tools systems are not eligible to receive complimentary technical support.
Support options may be purchased on the Avid store.
Please list the product(s) being transferred in the space provided below. Serial numbers must be provided or Avid cannot process the
transfer. As the Seller, I understand that this Transfer of Ownership registration relinquishes my right to further Avid support for items no
longer registered in my name.
