Terms and Conditions
1. The unit will be repaired after receipt of the written approval for the estimate.
2. The unit will be delivered against the payment of repair charges.
3. The payment should be made in favor of “INVAS Technologies Pvt. Ltd.” in the form cheque or Demand Draft payable at New Delhi.
4. As our engineer will spend time and resources to thoroughly test the unit to prepare the repair estimate, there will be an estimation fee,
equivalent to labor cost/service charge which will be charged if the estimate is not approved.
5. The provided estimate is based on preliminary inspection and can be revised if any additional issues are found during final repairs.
6. The validity of this repair estimate is 15 days from the date of issue.
7.In the event of delivery of Equipment not taken or no response form Customer end after sharing repair estimates Storage charge will be
applicable 500 per day since out last written communication
The customer must produce this Original Receipt Letter or email confirmation at the time of taking the delivery; INVAS reserves the right to refuse delivery
upon non-availability of the Original Receipt Letter or email.
In the event, the delivery is not taken by a customer from INVAS within 15 (Fifteen) days from the date of intimation through email or letter by INVAS. We
reserve the right to charge warehouse charges Rs.1250/- per week for 3 months. After 3 months INVAS will auction the Product to recover the repair and
warehouse charges.
