My story section
My name is Atul Subhash. I am writing this mail in a sound disposing mind. I am a 34 year old

man and a resident of Bengaluru, Karnataka. I am committing suicide today due to the

explicit instigation for suicide, harrassment, extortion and corruption of individuals listed

below:

1. Principal Family Court Judge, Jaunpur, Uttar Pradesh - Rita Kaushik (JO Code: UP5728)
2. my wife - Nikita Singhania
3. my mother in law - Nisha Singhania R/o Jaunpur
4. my brother in law - Anurag Singhania(alias Piyush Singhania) R/o Jaunpur
5. Uncle of my wife - Sushil Singhania R/o Jaunpur

Other corrupt court official is the Peshkar Madhav in Rita Kaushik Court

Please note that court case files have ample evidence for a lot of things. I am leaving volumes
of evidence with my family too.

I request you to stop harassment of my old parents and brother in all these false cases. My
brother has met my wife only for 2 days just after marriage and my father has met my wife
for 4 days(2 days just after marriage + 2 days at my father in law's funeral). They both are
charged with 498a+package and DV. I have no idea why my parents and brother need to get
harassed. My parents are old and do not understand the process and system too much. My
father has difficulty walking. I hope that with me gone, the courts will not harass my old
parents and brother in these false cases because I am destroying the source of money itself.
All the best with your social justice now. I might not win against this faceless evil but it will
not feed off me atleast.

I would also humbly request an independent and thorough investigation into the assets
acquired by the Judge Rita Kaushik and Peshkar Madhav. Given corruption in her court is a
daily routine and happens with everyone(old, young, man, woman, rich, poor) without any
exception, I am sure that at least one person will come forward during investigation and give
you the truth.

Please note that in the Video I have mistakenly recorded the wrong date for 2nd date of
instigation of suicide. The date in the suicide note is the right date. I request you to ignore
this mistake in the recorded video.

Also, I have taken a few months to commit suicide since the dates of instigation. It was to
finish off as many responsibilities as I could towards my family which is under attack and my
responsibilities at my work. I hope this delay will not go against me and will not help
harassers and extorters of my family. I have seen that courts are releasing criminals due to
lack of details in instigation of suicide cases, I have tried to put as much detail as I could. I am
leaving a lot of documents and evidence with my parents and brother too. I hope the rest will
come up with proper investigations. I am committing suicide as soon as everything got
wrapped up. Believe me, it takes a lot of work and preparation if a man wants to commit a
successful suicide while trying to ensure that he gets some justice and his killers don't get
benefitted from his death. Sorry for remaining alive extra months since instigation of suicide.
I hope my parents are eligible for justice and seeing murderers of their son getting right

Please don't insult a dead man and his old parents by giving these criminals a Rs 500 fine or a
2 hour judicial custody when they are found guilty. Also, don't let my wife play the mother

1. Corrupt judge where in her court, corruption is a daily routine and everyone pays

2. Evil judge who laughs on instigation of suicide and demands bribe to settle false
matrimonial case.
3. Incompetent judge who can't understand a one page ITR, thinks that a person's
income is pre tax income and has no idea of basic supreme court directions and finds
no sense in established court procedures.
4. Overpaid and a slacker Judge who has forgotten what it takes to make money in this
poor country and decides that an alienated father should pay Rs 40,000/month for a
less than 2-year-old child after refusing her bribe. Her court is a "Dalali ki dukaan" .
Below is the literal incident(except sorry word) in Rita Kaushik court, she openly said
that all rules are for men in context of RnV affidavit. She seems to have some strange
standards for men who don't pay bribe to her.
 This happens when judges are paid too much money in this poor country without
doing much work. They forget the value of hard-earned money which runs
everything(no matter how much philosophy you do). They happen to forget that the
laws are about giving fair maintenance for the child but it is not a scheme of
transferring money to women from men. May be milords are reading too much into

The solution typically is always very simple. It is to be neutral and just which is actually your
job. Punish the man to the extreme when he is guilty. But punish the women to the extreme

I am not aware of the laws as much as milords, but if the false cases and greed gets rewarded
in the name of security of women and children, it will forever undermine the institution of
marriage and men will choose to remain childfree(not childless). Do look at the global and

If Milords can't take this bare minimum trolling(criticism) like above on social media in a
democracy especially when Milords are doing activism in courts, then you should climb down
from your ivory towers to get your shit together, introspect and recalibrate your commitment
positively to your lakshman rekha, profession, country and "Freedom of Speech". Recognise
that You are without doubt the source of the problem currently.

After understanding the judiciary in last 3 years, I also feel that Indian public should own
guns as per 2nd Amendment of American Constitution to protect their freedom. So many
milords will learn to act within their boundaries if public had guns legally. Judges would stop
stretching their own boundaries and litigants unnecessarily if they are aware of the existence
of higher powers like god & gun.

Feeling good after expressing myself honestly(Moondust calls it trolling) and now deleting
myself without fear of being slapped with contempt of court. I hope I don't fail in destroying
myself 🙂
Another silver lining is that I can't be extorted or taxed now for revdi politics 😌 . Most Indian
men are already out of juice. You can try to squeeze more but it will be counter productive in
my opinion.
