warranties is limited to refunding our invoice price of the product, or at our option, replacement of the material free of charge, including shipping
charges, but not the cost of removal or installation of any product. The sale of our products under any other warranty or guarantee, expressed or
implied, is not authorized by the company. Any technical advice, recommendations and services are rendered by us is gratis, and may not apply to
the purchaser’s circumstances. Such advice is based on technical data which we believe to be reliable, but is intended for use by persons having

tions are listed with each seal type to avoid any confusion. If you are not sure about the products or

1. Copy the following page, our Application for Credit, and fill it out.
2. Fax completed and signed Credit Application (with additional references if desired) to

HydraPak Seals now offers online ordering! Please visit our website at www.hydrapakseals.com. Addi-
tionally, we offer Toll Free phone (800) 669-9638 and fax (800) 626-1848 lines to make ordering as simple
as possible. Our seal technicians can offer solutions to even the most difficult seal challenges.
SHIPMENT / DELIVERY
We ship all parts in stock the same day they are ordered. You tell us how you want it shipped. We com-
monly use UPS and FedEx but will use the carrier of your choice.

PRICE QUOTATIONS/NON-CATALOG ITEMS

Hydrapak Seals is constantly adding parts to inventory. If you need a part that is not listed in our catalog,
provide a clear description or a sample and we would be pleased to source, quote and order it for you.
We specialize in hard-to-find/non-catalog parts, which we can either source from the manufacturer or
custom machine them here in our facility to your specifications. Formal quotations for product and freight
are available on request.

HydraPak Seals accepts the following credit cards: Mastercard, Visa, American Express, & Discover
Card.

BACKORDER POLICY
Backorders will be shipped per customer request, including freight charges when applicable.

CREDIT POLICY
Our payment terms for all open accounts are 1% 10, NET 30 days. Accounts outstanding over 30 days
are reviewed daily and those that reach 30 days past due (60 days from invoice date) will be changed to
COD until past due amounts have been paid. At 45 days past due (75 days from invoice date) all orders
and backorders will automatically be put on credit hold until full payment is received.

RETURN POLICY
Prior to returning any part, please request a Returned Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) from
our customer service as HydraPak Seals does not accept returns for credit without one. Returns must
be requested and made within 7 days of receipt of goods and are subject to a 20% minimum restocking
charge. Returned items will be inspected and, if not in resalable condition, rejected for credit. Non-stock
and special order items are non-returnable.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel an order upon request and confirmation of the cancellation by our customer service.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Invoices are sent via fax the first day following shipment or pickup. You may take 1% discount, if you pay the invoice
no more than 10 days after the invoice date. LATE DISCOUNTS ARE NOT AVAILABLE. All invoices become payable
in full on the 11th day following the invoice date, and if not paid by 30 days are considered past due. A service charge
of 2.08% per month may be added to all past due amounts.
