OBJECTIVE Integrate all elements of HRM to guide the process,
ensuring that actions align with desired outcomes, into a
cohesive HR management plan

INSTRUCTION:

You are a Section Manager at a mid-sized company. Your company is aligning its talent
management strategy to meet the company's evolving needs. You need to prepare a
comprehensive proposal covering the following areas: job analysis, recruitment strategies,
advertisement methods, and reward and compensation planning. As a manager, you have to
present a proposal that will form the foundation for your company’s upcoming HR
planning.

Task to fulfill
1. Explain the goal of conducting a job analysis and what you expect in the proposal in
terms of; job description, job requirements/specification, and job evaluation.
2. Provide instructions on the recruitment process that should be proposed, such as
defining the job, planning the recruitment campaign, and attracting competent
applicants.
3. Plan an advertising strategy for job openings such as job posting platforms, content-
role & benefits, branding, budget
4. Detail the expectations for compensation and rewards in terms of salary
benchmarks, incentives/bonuses, benefits package-retirement plans, vacation days,
etc.
A Section Manager will integrate all elements/tasks above into a cohesive HR management
plan. You as a manager need to organize the task given by.

 Summarize the findings and proposals from every department.


 Develop a strategic HR management plan that includes job analysis, recruitment,
advertisement, and reward and compensation.
 Ensure the plan aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives.
 Present the plan in a clear and organized format (slide ppt), ready for review by a
group of management team (Peer review).
