Affidavit of support
I Baljinder Singh son of Karam Singh resident of village Kotli Surat Malhi, tehsil Dera Baba Nanak,
district Gurdaspur, Punjab hereby swears in the name of God/solemnly affirm that the following
statements given by me are true to the best of my knowledge and belief:-
1. I am the father of Navneet Kaur who is a citizen of India and currently living at village Kotli
Surat Malhi, tehsil Dera Baba Nanak, district Gurdaspur, Punjab
2. I am sponsor of Navneet Kaur in respect of her application for open work permit to Canada.
3. I promise an undertake to bear all her expenses travelling to Canada from India, accommodation
and general living expenses through her stay in Canada.
4. I also promise to make sure that she will leave Canada on the completion of her visa duration
or any time she is asked to do so by Canada immigration authorities.
5. I have the financial ability and resources to meet her obligations and in support, I attach here
documentation pertaining to my financial position.
6. I further state on oath that my daughter Navneet Kaur will not be burden on the Canadian
Government.
7. I need this solemn declaration consciously believing the same to be true.
