Professors
Professors
Neydy Casillas is Vice President of International
Affairs at the Global Human Rights Center,
acting as an advisor on international law to
Latin American legislators and politicians. She
is a lawyer specializing in human rights and
international law. With more than 15 years of
experience, she has done pioneering and very
successful advocacy work at the United Nations
and the Organization of American States. She
has intervened and made submissions to the
Inter-American Court of Human Rights (IACHR),
making substantial contributions to the defense
of f u n d a m e nt a l f r e e d o m s . H i s ex p e r i e n c e
focuses on the defense of fundamental human
rights, challenging the misuse of international
law that seeks to undermine sovereignty and
democracy. She is a founding member of the
U.S. National Committee on Religious Freedom.
She is Mexican and married to Sebastian.
Professors
Carlos Beltramo is a philosopher and Doctor
in Education. He is a researcher at the
University of Navarra. He collaborates with
the European office of the Population
Research Institute (PRI) and with the NEOS
Foundation. With Carlos Polo he has written
"Scenario Analysis with a Chess Player's
Mindset" (2012) and "Don't let them decide for
you. Everyone can do politics in the post-
truth era" (2018). Between 2020 - 21 together
they edited the books "Pandemonium" (1, 2
and 3), disseminating ideas about the current
cultural and social reality. In 2024 with the
NEOS Global Threats Working Group, he
coordinated the report "Unmasking the 2030
Agenda". And with Giuliana Caccia he is co-
author of the report "Agenda 2030 in Peru:
Sustainable Development or Surrender of
Sovereignty?", edited by Asociación Origen
and PRI. He is Spanish, married to Monica and
has 6 children.
