Inspection by PCEE/NER/GKP along with Sr. DEE/TRS /SYH, Sr.
DEE//TRD/BSB and Sr. DEE/ELECTRIC(GN) on dated- 15-11-2024 of electric Loco
Shed saiyedpur Bhitari .
Inspection was conducted on 15-011-2024 for electric loco Saiyedpur
Bhitari in Varanasi Division Following Points noted during inspection on.
1. For security it is necessary to deploy RPF.
2. Window safety iron grill nit provided on window of administrative
building.
3. Distribute all Photo copier and other gadgets which are not in use.
4. Same machine and Plants are not earthed properly.
5. All staff found without wearing uniform, helmet, gloves and safety
shoes.
6. All machine and plant found uncleaned and dusty.
7. Provided almirah for staff found uncleaned and dirt spotted.
8. All scrapes of Loco`s needs to keep in appropriate place.
9. Demineralised plant found not in working condition it is required in
working condition.
10. Air compressor stabilizer found uncleaned and dusty.
11. Same yellow wash hive to avoid to sting personal not wait to stinging.
12. Along with DPT test it is also needs MPT test by lab staff.
13. All records of Loco`s like schedule modification and failure should be
save in computer (SLAM).
14. In shed floor lying electric panel bord which is not in use it is required to
send where it can be used.
15. It is needs to stone of Loco`s filter to avoid delay in filter cleaning
schedule.
16. Filted side mirror on Loco by contactor is not in appropriate condition it
is needs to use SS pipe in please of tin sheet pipe.
17. Loco painting to be required.
18. All test bench and testing machine to be required not been depend on
other shed for testing per pose.
19. Light arrangement in inspection lay should keep higher to avoid short
circuit during raining season when rain water logged in under pit.
20. For better maintenance and knowledge all supervision need to read SMI
daily.
21.Discussed about fitting of high reach pantograph.
22. During bogie frame TOH use suitable bogie frame stand in place of local
arrangement.
23. Spring testing machine is not available in Loco shed.
24. Supervisor boding room to be provided.
25. Back side of shed drainage to wall available 7.00m (Approve) is required
to provide different types of section connected with shed.
26.Medical facilities and quarters are not available for staff.
27.Inspection bay is designed with MEMU/DEMU shed pattern So in the IC
schedule have due to accessibility of rail level. Hence inspection bay
structure needs to improve.
