I hereby complainant Sayabu Laxman Ryapanwad, S/o. Laxman, Aged about 38 years, R/o.
Dharmabad, Nanded District, Maharashtra State.
I hereby Accused jadav Prem, S/o., Aged about 30 years, R/o. Bhainsa, Nirmal District.
1. We hereby submitted regarding the case of theft involving a two-wheeler, with vehicle
registration number MH 26BP 3449, which was stolen by the accused i.e. J. prem on 24-10-
2024, and registered a FIR No. 258/2024 under section 303(2) of BNS 2023 by Sayabu
Laxman Ryapanwad.
2. We, the undersigned parties, declare that we have amicably resolved the dispute
arising out of this matter.
a) The accused, Prem, has admitted to the theft of the two-wheeler.
b) The accused has agreed to return the said two-wheeler to the complainant in good
condition.
c) The complainant confirms receiving the two-wheeler and is satisfied with its condition.
d) Both parties have mutually agreed to settle the matter out of court without any coercion or
influence.
3. Both the complainant and the accused hereby declare that no further claims or
complaints will be raised by either party in connection with this case. This settlement is final,
and both parties request the Hon’ble first-class judicial magistrate Court to close the case.
