Rules
● Prediction Method: Participants must make their match predictions exclusively through the
designated WhatsApp group poll, selecting their anticipated winning team before the coin
toss for each match.
● Finality of Votes: Once a prediction is submitted via the poll, it cannot be changed. Ensure
your selection is final before casting your vote.
● Prediction Period: The prediction game will begin with Match 15 of the IPL T20 series on
April 2nd, 2024, and conclude on May 26th, 2024. Only matches within this timeframe are
eligible for predictions.
● Entry Fee and Prize: A mandatory entry fee of $10 must be transferred to Harrie by May 2nd,
2024, corresponding with Match 50 of the series. The winner of the prediction game will
receive $50 plus their initial $10 entry fee, totaling $60 in prize money.
● No Late Predictions: Predictions submitted after the coin toss of any match are invalid and
will not be considered. There are no exceptions for missed predictions, regardless of the
reason.
● Alternative Poll Initiation: In the event that Harrie fails to initiate the prediction poll for a
match, any other participant is authorized to create the poll. However, there must be only one
prediction poll per match to maintain order and prevent confusion.
● Ongoing Results and Transparency: The ongoing results of the predictions will be shared
through an iNotes document, which will be accessible to all participants for viewing. However,
editing rights for this document are reserved exclusively for Harrie.
● Tiebreaker Rule: In the event of a tie in the final standings, the winner will be determined by
height—the taller participant will be declared the winner.
● Fair Play: No foul play or cunning tactics will be tolerated, with a specific reminder to
Dilumina. It’s important to distinguish between making a match prediction and merely rooting
