a. Discount Offer for Schools:

 Target Schools: Start with over 300 primary and secondary schools.
 Paint Quantity: Each school will purchase at least 15 jerrycans/Buckets of 20
liters each.
 Price per Jerrycan: 410,000 Ugandan Shillings (UGX) per jerrycan.
 Discount Structure: Schools will receive a [suggested discount percentage,

 Payment Terms: Schools will make an initial deposit of 60% upon placing the
order, with the remaining 40% payable in the first week of the new first term.

a. Revenue Projections:

1. Total Paint Required:

o Each school purchases at least 15 jerrycans/Buckets of 20 liters each.

jerrycans/Buckets

2. Total Revenue Without Discount:

o Price per jerrycan: 410,000 UGX


o 4,500 jerrycans ×410,000 UGX/jerrycan=1,845,000,000
