with accompanies, E.B OUANO CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION had ''No
Operation'' for the year ended 2023 and attached herewith is a copy of notarized Affidavit
of Non-Operation submitted upon business permit renewal for the year 2024. It was only
April 2024 when the said corporation had its transaction and it was June 2024 when
accounting matters of the mentioned corporation had been transferred to its new
accounting firm.
In this regards documents for year-ended 2023 being asked for us to submit could not be
provided for such reasons but instead we will furnish you a copy of available documents
for the year 2024 for such corporation already had its transaction.
Hope this letter will be given consideration for the approval of our Visa Application.

Dear Sir/ Madam.

This is to inform your good office that, in relation to the Visa Application to travel Japan,
I already requested a copy of Form 137 from the school I had previously attended and
despite of the urgency on such request the school Registrar informed yours truly that the
requested matter will be released on January 2025.
In the absence of such Form 137 I am submitting my Baptismal Certificate together with
this letter.
Hope this letter will be given consideration for the approval of our Visa Application.
