made with walnuts, I am pretty sure that this does not fall into the category
of a healthy recipe. But who cares? This is a great dish for your cheat days
and the holiday seasons. Just grab a bowl of this and turn on your favorite
show or movie and enjoy your time. It is also quick and easy to make with

10. Honeycomb Brittle

Call it honeycomb brittle or honeycomb toffee or sponge toffee or cinder

toffee or hokey pokey, this airy and bubbly candy is a sure hit. It has a
texture similar to the Indian “Ghevar,” but it is harder than that. The baking
soda that is incorporated into it, in the end, is what gives this brittle the
required texture.

Sugar: 2 cups
Honey: ½ cup
Water: ½ cup
Baking Soda: 1 tablespoon

Serving Size: 1 sheet of the baking tray

Preparation Time: 10 minutes

2. Keep aside.

prevent them from sticking to the base.
6. LoIr the flame to medium and keep stirring.
7. Take a candy thermometer and check the temperature.
8. Once the temperature reaches 300 degrees remove the saucepan from the
heat.

the baking tray.

You can also coat these pieces in melted chocolate to make it even
yummier.
