Subject : Nomenclature for Rotary Sports Fiesta 2024
Dear Principal,
The First inter School Sports Fiesta under the banner of Rotary Club of East Bhopal (RCEB) is
ready to roll out on 1st August 2024. The inauguration of the Meet will take place on 1st August,
Thursday at TT Nagar Stadium.
It is requested that the school contingent comprising of both Basketball players and Athletes
alongwith their coaches report by 9 am maximum.
It will be our Rotary Sports Fiesta’s honour to showcase the school band marching along with
the school contingent at stadium in front of the august gathering of Sports Minister and
dignitaries of our state.

Category – Under 17 for both girls and boys
Athletics
Races and Relay
Class 4 & 5 – 50 mts dash + Relay 25 x 4 for boys and girls separately
Class 6 to 12 – 100 mts dash + Relay 100 x 4 for boys and girls separately
Kindly arrange to share the final list of participants on school letter head alongwith the
accompanying officials name and number duly signed by the principal latest by 25th July 2024.
