Bar Chart or Timelines to complete the entire execution of work in consultation with
Railway representative.

Contract Agreement: You are advised to attend the office of Sr. DSTE/JP for signing
the contract agreement within 7 days from the date of issue of LOA. This acceptance
letter is legally binding and enforceable contract between you and Railway till the
contract agreement is signed. If you fail to execute the work or to execute contract

agreement in accordance with the stipulation in this acceptance letter, it will

accountto breach of the contract and Railway administration shall be entitled to take
recourse to and action as deemed fit in accordance with the stipulation of the tender.

Stamp Duty: As per Joint Secretary Government of Rajasthan, Finance department

(Tax Division) Jaipur vide his letter no. F.2(31)/FD/Tax/2019-253 dated 6.11.2020
upto Rupees fifty Lakhs, Rupees One Thousand and more than Fifty Lakhs, 0.15%
of the amount or value of the works contract subject to maximum of Rupees Twenty
Five Lakhs shall be levied for contract agreement.

GST: The rate offered includes rate for the service/activity and applicable taxes as
per GST law i.e. GST act and rules applicable from time to time. Also, the tenderer
shall be responsible for deposition of applicable GST to the concerned authority for
the bills claimed.

Income Tax : Income Tax will be deducted at source from the contract bills.

General Conditions: All the rules and conditions governed by Indian Railway
standard General conditions of Contract April 2022 with up to date correction slips
will apply for this tender. The General conditions, special conditions & technical
specification forming part of the Railway tender documents, which are attached to
NIT will apply to this contract unless otherwise modified.

IRWCMS : Indian railway works contract management system (IR-WCMS),web

enabled IT application and hosted or IRCEP portal (www.ircep.gov.in) has been
implemented in Jaipur division. All the activities associated with contract handling
inter alia include A. Signing of contract agreement. B. Billing and its integration
with IPAS for payment. C. Extension of DOC. D. Release of PG & SD
E.Correspondence between Railway and contractors F. In a contract, wherein
measurement has been started in the e-Measurement Book shall continue till
finalization of the contract and no measurement in the physical Measurement Book
shall be recorded. The agencies/contractor are request to go through the above
