Booking Procedure
• Booking amount: 25% to be paid to confirm the booking.
First Installment of 25% to be paid at least 15 days before departure
Second Installment of 75% to be paid at least 4 days before departure
• Due amount if not cleared as mentioned above, will lead to cancellation from our
end without any refund towards the participant.
Important
•Booking amount has to be paid at least 15 days before departure to get the
confirmed seat. Booking done after that period may lead to travel without a group(
i.e you have to travel in different volvo / bus separate from our group)
• The booking amount is non-refundable under any circumstances.
• The departure schedule and other details will be shared 3 days before departure.

Day 1 DEPARTURE FROM DELHI
• Arrive at pick up point, from Delhi transfer to Manali via Volvo/Tempo Traveller.
• Overnight Journey in Volvo/ Tempo Traveller.
Departure Time : Between 5-8 PM
Day 2 MANALI ARRIVAL
• On arrival at Manali, check-in at the hotel.
• Get rest for some time then we'll proceed for Local sightseeing, it will cover
Hadimba temple, vashisht & Mall road.
• After enjoying an exciting tour of Manali city return back by evening.
• Enjoy a Delicious dinner.
• Overnight stay will be at the hotel in Manali.

Day 3 SOLANG-ATAL TUNNEL-SISSU
• Wake up early in the morning and get mesmerized by the beautiful sunrise.
• After breakfast we'll proceed to visit Solang, Atal tunnel (If Open) & Sissu (If
Open).
• Full day adventure at snow point and a lot of fun and games, then return back to
the hotel.
• Have a delicious dinner with the enjoyment of bonfire and music.
• Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 4 EXPLORE KASOL
• Wake up have breakfast and pack your luggage for check out.
• After breakfast check out the hotel and proceed to Kasol.
• In Route explore the Manikaran sahib Gurudwara.
• Then later check into Kasol camps/hotels.
• Enjoy music night and bonfire.
• Have a delicious dinner and overnight stay at camps/hotels.
Meal : Breakfast & Dinner
Day 5 LAST DAY IN KASOL
• Wake up and check out from the camp/hotel after breakfast.
• Enjoy local sightseeing in Kasol like Kasol market and Chalal trek.
• We'll leave for Delhi in the evening

Day 6 REACH DELHI
• We'll reach Delhi with loads of memorable memories
• Bid goodbyes, until next time

My first ever trip with DAC and I must say, it was indeed an unforgettable one. It was my
first solo trip but obviously i met so many new people and enjoyed with them so much .
The coordinator Abhishek was one of the best human beings that I have come across he
did everything to entertain us and helped us in each and every situation which was the
best part . It was the best decision going with DAC . It was completely worth it .

I had my first trip with DAC. Both the group coordinators yashika and Akshay were active
and gave timely response with a well coordinated trip. Good package structure and a
friendly approach made the trip comfortable. Though our group was abit lazy,
arrangements made by the team were on time. Our return bus could have been better but
since it was rescheduled it was okay. It's just because of the personal touch and sheer
dedication by the team I am giving 5 stars and not 4. Will surely love to travel with them
again.❤️✨

This was my first ever trip with DU Adventurers Club as a group leader and I must say, it
was indeed an unforgettable one. It was the group's first ever college trip and they made
memories of a lifetime. The coordinators Akshay and Yashika are one of the best human
beings that I have come across. They would themselves suffer but never let a client be
uncomfortable. Hats off to such dedication and responsibility. Some uncomfortable
moments did happen regarding the Volvo service, nevertheless we sailed through it with
laughter and some jokes and the coordinators were very supportive. Apart from this, the
trip was fun, exploratory and memorable. We literally danced the nights away. We didn't
even realize when the trip got over, it was that engrossing. I hope DU Adventurers Club
reach heights. I am looking forward to going on another trip with them and making more
memories. Really, it was a learning experience for me personally. And I would cherish it
for a lifetime. Kudos to team DU Adventurers Club!

It was really a fun experience…I went with my one friend and came back with lot more
friends. The group coordinators were no less than our friends. They were such a fun
people. I hope DU Adventurers Club reach heights. I am looking forward to going on
another trip with them and making more memories.
