Hardware
1. 50% on quotation sign-off.
2. 50% on HW delivery.
Services:
1. 50% on quotation sign-off.
2. 50% after installation.
Delivery & Installation Terms & Conditions:
1. Site preparation and site accessibility for the Hardware are Customer responsibility.
2. Delivery will be 5 working days after HW first payment.
3. Hardware warranty starts from delivery date.
4. Smart Life may provide some items with different model number but it has the same
technical specification.
5. Smart Life activities include installation of all listed HW “BoQ”
6. Smart Life accepts No penalties or service credits in this proposal.
Warranty Terms & Conditions:
1. Camera's warranty one year.
2. HDD's warranty one year.
3. The warranty is valid only upon presentation of the proof of purchase consisting of
original invoice or sales slip indicating the date of purchase, model and serial no. of the
product.
4. Warranty repairs must be carried out by SMART LIFE. Warranty cover will be void, even
if a repair has been attempted by any unauthorized service centre. SMART LIFE shall not
be liable for reimbursements, claims and damages that may result from the
unauthorized repair of the product.
5. Original package should be available.
This Warranty is not Applicable in any of the Following Cases :
1. The product is not used according to instructions given in the instruction manual.
2. Defects caused by improper use as determined by the company personnel.
3. Modification or alteration of any nature is made in the electrical circuitry / or physical
construction of the set.
4. Installation / repair work is carried out by persons / agency other than SMART LIFE.
5. Site (premises where the product is kept) conditions that do not confirm to the
recommended operating conditions of the machine.
6. The original serial number is removed, obliterated or altered from the machine or
cabinet.
7. Original box/package is not available.
8. Defects due to cause beyond control like lightning, abnormal voltage, acts of God.
