There is no correct answer to installing the product.
However, this is the installation method we recommend,
so you can proceed in order.
Step 1.
Open the wrapped product
It is recommended that you put the product in a direction that
is easier to install and take the box apart.
Step 2.
Position the excavator low and connect the extension boom.
Step 3.
Among the electrical wiring provided, please place the short
wire 12m long on the extension boom and the 20m long wire
on the excavator.
Long wiring to the excavator and drain(return) hose must be
installed together. Remember this.
The start of the drain(return) hose and long electrical wiring is
the starting point of the breaker line of the excavator.
And tightly with a drain(return) hose and cable tie provided
with electrical wiring as shown in the picture.
Step 4.
Finish the long wire and drain hose neatly on the excavator side.
Step 5.
After completing the placement of the wiring and drain(return)
hoses, lift the extension boom to connect it to the Vibro hammer
body.
From the driver's seat, the installation position of the hammer
is left of the solenoid valve box and the swing motor is right.
Step 6.
Please refer to the photo and connect all hydraulic main hoses.
Step 7.
Connect the electrical devices inside the driver's seat to each
other. See Documentation
We pay the controller separately, but if you want to replace the
control lever, please refer to the circuit diagram.
Step 8.
The installation is complete. Please check if the hydraulic oil
leaks and the wiring is well organized after the test.
