Introduction

25MVA, upto 132KV Class.

ANNEXURE –I (TECHNO-COMMERCIAL TERMS & CONDITIONS)
TAXES: GST 18% Extra - As per the prevailing rates at the time of Dispatch
PAYMENT TERMS:
50% advance along with purchase order, balance payment with 100% of taxes and duties to be released
after inspection before dispatch.
FORCE MAJEURE:
Our offer is subjected to force majeure conditions, which includes war, famine, flood, strike, lockout, civil
disturbance, act of God and any other circumstances beyond our control resulting in delay. Disruption in
production or closure of the unit in case of occurrence of any such event, we will intimate you within a week
time.
FREIGHT & INSURANCE:
Freight & insurance included.
Unloading at site is not covered under our scope of supply.
Road permit, if required, shall be furnished by the customer
DELIVERY:
Items will be delivered within 7-8 weeks from the date of receipt of technically and commercially clear
purchase order along with advance payment and approved drawings if any at our end.
DRAWINGS:
GA Drawings will be submitted in triplicate for obtaining your kind approval.
INSPECTION CALL:
If required inspection can be done once at our works prior to dispatch and the same needs to be mentioned
in your purchase order, so that we can intimate you the inspection schedule well in advance.
WARRANTY:
Our Transformers are warranted for a period of 12 months from the date of commissioning (or) 18 months
from the date of dispatch whichever is earlier.
STORAGE CHARGES:
In the event of delay beyond one month in lifting the transformer after readiness & Inspection then storage
charges @ 1 % per week on Ex-works will be levied till is lifted.
ORDER CONDITION:
▪ The purchaser shall not unilaterally cancel the order once placed
▪ He shall not postpone the delivery date.
▪ Any postpone of delaying purchaser may result in forfeiting the advance paid.
▪ If purchaser anticipate in implementation of his project on any of the reason the same shall be
informed to us before commencement period and is request for postpone will be examined by us on
merits as per company norms.
PRE COMMISSIONING:
If pre commissioning assistance is required than the first visit will be at Free of cost & any subsequent visit
for pre commissioning will be charged extra at the rate of Rs. 2500.00/- per engineer per day and company
shall provide necessary boarding & lodging at its vest to the engineer.
Validity:
Price validity 10 days.

TESTING:
Routine tests will be followed as per IS 2026/ IS 1180 the purchaser shall depute his representative to
witness routine test.
▪ If purchaser required Temperature rise test to be conducted, the same will be conducted on
payment of extra cost.
