Committee (RAC) Meeting

a. Notice of meeting from DIR. II NARAVY D DUQUIATAN, Regional
Director, PDEA 12 dated October 29, 2020; and
b. Memorandum of C, IFLD, PNP DEG dated August 3, 2020 with
subject Creation of Adjudication Committee.
2. Type of Activity: 3rd Regional Adjudication Committee (RAC) Meeting.
3. Area of Activity: ICON Office, Makar Wharf, General Santos City.
4. Duration: 291300H of October 2020.

7. Results:
On the aforesaid duration and area of Activity, PLT FRANITO S
CLUA, Asst. Chief I & I PCO attended the 3rd Regional Adjudication
Committee (RAC) Meeting under direct supervision of the undersigned.
The said meeting started at around 1:25 PM, presided by the ATTY. III
REY REVITA, Legal Officer, PDEA 12 as proxy since RAC Chairman, DIR
II NARAVY D DUQUIATAN, Regional Director, PDEA 12 attended a very
urgent conference. The meeting was declared quorum since majority of
the attendee are present. The presiding Officer’s statement encourages
the members of the committee to reinvigorates the enthusiasm of the
members to pursue relentless campaign on the monitoring and validation
to drug personalities in order to acquire a good result and somehow give
justice to thus who claim that they are innocent with regards to their
inclusion in the IDID.
During the meeting proper, approval of the minutes of the previous
RAC meeting last September 28, 2020. The meeting was focus on the
deliberation of validation result being conducted by the member of the
committee. However, consolidation of the result are still on process since
agents in the field are continuously conducting investigation.
The representatives of the SOU9 PNP DEG make a motion to the
committee that in order to lessen the burden and avoid redundancy of the
result acquired from the other agency. The letter request should emanates
from the committee secretariat and signed by the chairman so that only
one request will be forwarded to the concerned Office. The proposal are
will carried on since majority of the members agreed to the proposal.
Requirements for validation are simplified and delegated to each member
who will devote for the conduct of validation. Hence, all other members will
concentrate on extensive validation if the personalities are still engage in
illegal activity.
Discussions in the meeting was held in abeyance due to the absence
of the Chairman. The next meeting is scheduled on November 26, 2020
and thereafter the succeeding meeting will be conducted every Thursday
in the fourth week if the month. The presiding Officer, inclined everyone to
booster the vocation to make the Philippines a Drug free country.
