 31-year incessant forging ahead.

 The pioneer in the introduction of Italian technology in beverage packaging solutions in
China in 1995.

 The first company in China to manufacture the first PET bottled aseptic line and successfully applied
to produce the first PET bottled aseptic filling beverage in 1999

 In 2003, participated in setting the national standards of 《Acceptance Specification of Packaging

Equipment for Liquid Food》 of General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and
Quarantine of the People’s Republic of China.

 In 2004, developed China’s first high-speed PET bottled Ultra-clean (moderate temperature) filling
line included in National Torch Plan Projects.

 In 2005, created the beginning that China-made aseptic filling lines were exported to developed
country by exporting four aseptic filling lines to Japan.

 In 2006, developed the first PET bottled beer filling line in Asia.

 In 2007, successfully applied aseptic filling technology in the fields of carbonated juice and pure milk.

 In 2008, developed the first PET bottled grain milk ultra-clean filling line in China.

 In 2010, developed the first 36000BPH high-speed blowing-filling-capping combiblock in China.

 2011, the advanced 42000BPH aseptic filling line developed by Newamstar

 2012, the first 51000BPH blowing-filling-capping Combi, the first 6000BPH (5L) edible oil
weighing-type filling machine and 36000BPH (750ml) Soy sauce filling machine were developed in
China by Newamstar.

 2013, the forth-phase works was finished on December, and then Newamstar became the largest
PET bottle beverage packaging machinery base in Asia.

 2014, the first 80000BPH blowing-filling-capping Combi and the first 6000BPH (5L) Combi were
developed by Newamstar in China.

 2015, Newamstar developed the integrated solution from Combi line to automated warehouse.

 2016, Newamstar launched China Shenzhen Stock Exchange successfully.

I. Brief Introduction

Plant Built in 2006 Plant Built in 2008

Newamstar, Professional Leader in Chinese Liquid (Beverage) Packaging, National Key High-tech Enterprise,
National Torch Plan Project Member, Aseptic Filling Industrialization Project Implementation Unit of National
Development and Reform Commission, Numbers of National Standards Drafter, Director Unit of Yangtze River
Vocational Education Group.
At the beginning of establishment, Newamstar covers an area of less than 2,000m2. Today, Newamstar has been
developed to hold two major R&D and manufacturing factories covering an area of more than 150,000 m2 which
is the largest liquid (beverage) packaging machinery R&D and manufacturing base in China. The headquarters
is located in China National Economic and Technical Development Zone---Zhangjiagang Economic Development
Zone, near Wuxi Shuofang International Airport, Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport, Shanghai Pudong
International Airport and Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport. The traffic is very convenient.
More than 200 professional technical staff covering three major fields of machinery, technology and
automation constitute the most powerful technical team of China liquid (beverage) packaging machinery
industry. For decades, Newamstar has been focusing on liquid packaging field of beverage, wine and edible oil.
From imitation innovation to introduction innovation, from introduction innovation to independent innovation,
Newamstar always insists in technology innovation to drive its development, creating more than thirty “China
first” such as the first PET bottled 3-in-1 water filling line, the first PET bottle aseptic filling line, the first PET
bottle ultra-clean hot filling line, the first 36000BPH PET bottle hot filling line, the first granular beverage filling
line, the first PET bottled beer filling machine, the first PET bottle blowing-filling-capping Combiblock, the first
6000BPH PET bottled edible oil weighing filler, etc.
In 2011, Newamstar announced to march to condiment and household & personal care products fields,
launching 36000BPH soy sauce filling line, the highest speed in the world, by establishing a strategic
cooperative relationship with JIAJIA Group, one of the largest soy sauce production enterprises. Thereby,
Newamstar pushes China condiment industry transition from “Manual and Semi-automatic Era” to “Fully
Automatic Era” and brings new revolution of production packaging in condiment industry.
Newamstar business covers four major fields: beverage, wine, condiment and daily-use chemicals. Up to now,
Newamstar has supplied excellent equipment and perfect service for lots of domestic and international famous
liquid (beverage) factories such as Coca Cola, Pepsi Cola, Danone, Nestle, Otsuka, Wahaha, Master Kong,
Uni-President, Oishi, Thaibev, Suntory, EFES, Dali, Zhongfu, C’estbon, Ganten etc. Also, Newamstar’s products
have been exported more than 70 countries and regions such as Europe, Southeast Asia, Middle East, America

The calculation for quantity of bended parts of conveyor (including bottle conveyor, case conveyor, etc.) in the price list is executed by Newamstar calculation
