In the following project, you will edit a handout that describes an event being hosted by Sturgeon Point Productions. You will
insert text, insert and format graphics, insert and modify text boxes and shapes.

1 Open the Word document EUP1501-MS Word Assessment 2.docx downloaded with this 0

2 Above existing text, Type Exciting Internship Opportunity for Aspiring Social Media 5
Influencers!, and press enter.
3 Select the title, and from the Text Effects and Typography gallery, apply Outline Blue Accent 6
effect. Change the font size to 44.
4 With the title still selected, display the Font Color palette, and apply “Dark Blues, Text 2, 5
Lighter 40%” the color. Center the title.
5 Position the insertion point at the end of the first paragraph and press enter Twice. Then copy 4
and paste the picture below:
6 Change the Height of the picture to 3.49 cm and then change the Layout Options to Square. 10
7 Using the Position command, display the Layout dialog box and then change the Horizontal 5
Alignment to Right relative to the Margin.
8 Apply a 10 Point Soft Edges picture effect to the image and then display the Artistic Effects 5
gallery. Apply the “Film Grain” effect to the picture.
