Aim: To explain the colors to students.
Linguistic aim : Which color is this? What is the name of this color? What is your favourite color? My
favourite color is … ( present simple)
Objectives:
Students will able to recognize colors.
Students will able to identify colors.
Student will able to tell the color names.
Materials: Colourful cartons, colourful balls carton cups.
Techniques : Repetition, TPR, Matching.
Assumptions : They are already knows the numbers.
Procedure:
Routine ( 5 minutes) : Listening to One Potato , Two Potatoes song to remember and practice
the numbers.
The aim of the Routine Activity: It means the lesson is starting. Also, it motivates students to for
the lesson and practice for what they have learned the last lesson.
Teacher comes to classroom and say:
T: Hello class
Ss: Hello teacher
T: Okey, sit down now let’s play our routine game Count Potatoes, watch the video and repeat
the numbers with me.
Listening Activity 1 (10 Minutes): Listening the video about the color teaching.
T: Okey guys now we have a new topic colors. Let’s watch our new video and learn the colors.
Students watch the videos and after the video teacher and students repeat the colors one by one
and then teacher prepares an activity.
Listen guys you see the colourful cartons on the ground I’m going to ask the question, and you are
going to answer and jump on the colors. Everybody understood?

Listening Activity 2 (10 Minutes)
T: Alright guys let’s listen and watch our new video. Teacher and students watch the new video
and teacher prepares another activity.
Teacher asks questions: What is your favourite colors? Anybody wants to say it, mine favourite
color is red I Like I like red how about yours?
Ss: answers…
Let’s play the game then. I prepared colorful egg box and there are also colorful sticks here, so
you are going to match the colorful stick with the same color. I’m going to match the some of them
for showing how to do it.
