Afternoon Routine

12:00 PM – Lunch & Light Reset (30-45 mins)

Enjoy a balanced lunch.

Use this time to refresh your space or do a quick chore (e.g., tidy desk, refill water bottle).

Take 5-10 minutes to relax or listen to music.

12:45 PM – Deep Focused Work Block (45-60 mins)

Focus on a task or activity related to your weekly goals

Use a timer to stay focused and take a 5-minute break after 25 minutes.

1:45 PM – Unstructured Time (1 hour)

Use this flexible time to tackle activities you've been putting off or want to explore

2:45 PM – Energizing Break (15 mins)

3:00 PM – 5:00 Pm Deep Focused Work Block (2 hours)
