Price Basis : For Ahmadabad Ex-works
P&F : Extra in case of Wooden Box
Transport : Transportation Extra at actual – Clint End
Payment : 50 % Advance with purchase order. 50 % Against delivery before dispatch.

Delivery : 30 Working Days

Commissioning : installation of the machine. You will have to provide all Necessary tools
and unskilled labor for erection and Commissioning. You must ensure that all
accessories and Power connection is ready before you call our erection
Engineers. Transportation and To pay & fro fare + lodging+boarding local
Conveyances will be in buyer end.

Cancellation : Order once received by us shall not be subject to Cancellation either

wholly or partly. In case of Cancellation the advance shall be forfeited.

Installation & Demo : Installation will be chargeable, Cable Wire for connection will be in scope of
Customer and Demo of Machine will be given at the time of Installation. Make
sure that Three Phase Power Supply Available at the Time of Installation.
Warranty : One year Machine warranty Against Manufacturing Defect and one year Motor
Warranty.
Insurance : Laxmi Automation is not responsible for any damage or spoil after Machine
leaving our Ahmadabad factory premises. Insurance to be covered by you, if so desired.
