 Cover page. [ In typed and printed form. ] (Follow the sample given below on page 03)
 Certificate of Completion under the guidance of the teacher. (Sample given below on page 04)
 Acknowledgement.
 Contents.
This should be written in a table format, mentioning all the headings/topics/chapters included
in the project report.
The table of contents must include three columns, one for each of: Serial Number, Name of
The Topic, Page Number ( in this order ).
 Aims/objectives/goals of the project report.
 Introduction.
This will include a little background of the chosen topic, and should give an overall idea about
what the project report is going to be about.
 The essay/report, divided into different sections/topics/chapters (as required) with proper
headings. (Word limit 800-1000 words)
 Conclusion.
Here, restate the chosen topic, summarize the key supporting ideas discussed throughout the
work and offer final impression on the central idea.
 Bibliography/References.
This must be written point-wise, in a list form
(APA Style should be followed while writing the references.)

POINTS TO FOLLOW WHILE PREPARING THE PROJECT REPORT:

 The project report must include accurate information, be properly sequenced (as mentioned
above) and should be relevant to the chosen topic.
 Do a thorough research on your chosen topic.
 Any relevant drawing/sketch/photographs can be included in the report.
 Only white, un-ruled A4 sheet must be used for writing the project report.
 The entire project report must be hand-written, in legible handwriting. Only the cover page of
the project should be typed and printed.
 A border must be drawn on every page of your report.
 Different coloured sketch pens can be used for decorative purpose or for writing the different
headings of the report.
 The project itself must be written in blue/black ink.
 No repetition or copying of project work from other students will be accepted.
 The project report file must be submitted in spiral binding.
(Channel file will NOT be accepted.)

NOVEMBER, 2024.
