CHAPTER 1
@jituigcoach

INTRODUCTION
Hello everyone welcome to another chapter of this
course and today you will be learning how you can
optimise your profile to improve your conversion

So essentially there are 5 things that you need to

consider to optimise your profile
@jituigcoach

USERNAME
The start of your Instagram journey, I have seen
many people who keeps thinking about the best
username for weeks and delay their content journey
just because of this

Well you can simply put your name like “rajshamani”

did in his username there is no point to delay your
journey because of this

And if you are still confused here are 5 tips to create

a catchy username

Keep it relevant: Make sure your username is

relevant to the content you will be posting on
your Instagram account, for example then you
can insert keywords like fitness gym workout
nutrition or whatever describes your niche better.

Keep it simple and memorable: A simple, easy-

to-remember username will make it easier for
people to find and follow you. Don’t write
username with wrong spellings or words that are
hard to search or something that only you know
about.
@jituigcoach

Keep it short: Shorter usernames are easier to

remember and take up less space in the caption
of a post, not gonna explain this much because
it's pretty straight forward

Avoid underscores and special characters:

While you can use them in your username, they
can make it harder for people to find you in
search results, and they can be harder to
remember, Use dot instead of underscore if the
username that you want is not available

Research: Research about your niche on the

Internet and list down all the keywords that you
got that describe your content. Look at your
competitors account and see what keywords
they have used and note them down for
Inspiration
@jituigcoach

Too long Catchy

Has random number and Short

letter

Doesn’t make sense to your Easy to remember

audience

Has Too many underscores Resonates with you and

or dots your niche
@jituigcoach

PROFILE PHOTO
Although this is simply but here are my 4 points
while keeping a profile photo

Use a high-quality, clear photo: Your profile

photo should be clear and high-resolution, dont
use blurry photos

Use a recent photo: Make sure the photo is a

recent one of yourself, so that people can easily
recognize you.

Use a headshot: A headshot is a good choice for

a profile photo because it's easy for people to
see your face and recognize you.

Be creative: There is no rule that your profile

photo has to be a headshot, play around with the
best way to represent you, your brand, your
personality, the industry you are into

In summary, your profile photo should be high-

quality, clear, recent, visually appealing, and
representative of you and your brand, and consistent
across all your social media platforms.
@jituigcoach

Dark face Face is clear

Blurry photo Bright photo

And the photos where you Photo with a edited

are Far from the camera background
@jituigcoach

BIO
Your bio should depict

What do you do?

What is your content about?
How can you help them?

1st line- Show people how you can help them/What

do you do/What’s your mission

For example if you see in my pfp I simply wrote that

I help creators to grow and make money on IG if
you are fitness coach you can write something like
Helping you to lose fat and enhance your lifestyle if
you are a business coach write something like
helping you to escalate your business in 30s or if
you are finance expert write simplifying taxes and
finance in 30s
@jituigcoach

Now in the 2nd line you can Show your

Achievement
Show your expertise
Give them a reason to follow you

For example I simply wrote that I gained over 250k

followers in just 8 months and as an Instagram
coach this achievement suits my niche.

You can write about achievements or write about

the numbers of years of experience you have in
your niche

For example I can write 4 years of experience in

social media marketing

Or if you are in fitness niche you can write

something like 7 years of natural bodybuilding

And if you don’t have any experience you can drop

your email in the 2nd line for business or brand
deals ;)
@jituigcoach

Now for the 3rd line you can give your audience a
CTA

For example I simply wrote Follow me for daily

Instagram Tips

You can simply write follow me daily dose of fashion

content
Or
Follow to lose fat and enhance your lifestyle

3rd line- CTA (According to your goals)

Avoid using unnecessary hashtags or emojis or

quotes.Also stop adding links to other pages unless
its related with you

Make sure your bio has keywords that are relevant

to your niche. This will help you to rank your profile
in the search tab and people can discover you
easily ;)
Also niche specific keywords will help algorithms to
learn about niche and they will show your content
to specific people

A well structured bio highlights your USP Tells

about you and your content and shows your
expertise and experience and at last keep it short
and sweet
@jituigcoach

Too many hashtags Keywords relevant to your

niche

No structure Tells about you and your

content

Links to other pages A CTA to convert visitors

into followers

Too many emojis Structured BIO

Un necessary keywords and Highlight your USP in the

quotes BIO
@jituigcoach

NAME
Now the the fourth thing is your name section

You can use up-to 60 keywords in your name

but I often see people just putting their name
in this section

Your name should depict something about

You
Your content
Your niche
Your Personality
Your Expertise
@jituigcoach

For example in

Something about you, you can write something like

For Fitness niche- Certified Fitness Trainer or

Lifestyle/Health coach
For Fashion niche- Men’s fashion
style/Women’s fashion style
For Travel niche- Traveller or Explorer
adventurer

You can even insert keywords that depicts your

content

I have attached few examples of names where it

contains both the info that is about you and about
your content, Have a look at them and you might
get some ideas

DESCRIPTION:
Something about your content

For Fitness niche- Fitness | Workout | Gym

Motivation | Nutrition | Health
For Travel niche- Travel | Explore | Adventures
For Fashion niche- Fashion | Beauty | Lifestyle |
Sneakers | Fits | Streetwear
@jituigcoach

EXAMPLES:

For Fitness niche- Certified Fitness Trainer |

Workout & Gym Motivation
For Fitness niche- Your name | Certified Fitness
Trainer | Gym Motivation

For Travel niche- Traveller | Exploring the world

For Travel niche- Your name | Traveler |
Exploring the world

For Fashion niche- Mens Fashion Style |

Lifestyle & Sneakers
For Fashion niche- Your name | Mens Fashion
Style

Now the 5th thing is Highlights

@jituigcoach

HIGHLIGHTS
Here are some of things that you can show
on Highlights

1. Behind the scenes highlight

2. Fitness or gym highlight
3. Travel or personal life highlights
4. Q&A Session
5. Niche tutorials or niche tips
6. Customer testimonials
7. Events that are near your heart
8. Influencer collab (To build credibility)
9. About me Highlights
10. Product demo or service based
highlights
CHAPTER 2
@jituigcoach

TEXT ALIGNMENT
Hello everyone welcome to another chapter of this
course and today you will be learning do’s and
don’ts of reels

Instagram is a huge platform with tons of creators

and the competition has increased significantly
nowadays

And hence there are few things that you need to

consider while posting content on Instagram
@jituigcoach

I have seen many

creators giving all the info
in the reel with 3-4
paragraphs

No one is gonna hold

their phone to read your
paragraphs, Instagram is
a visual and video based
platform so make sure
you don’t put too much
texts in your reels

Instead explain your

content in short and be
specific with what you
write because the space
is limited
@jituigcoach

When you write text

too down, your
username and other
stuff will hide your
texts

If you write your texts

too above, people on
the home feed won’t
be able to see it

And if you write them

in right or left corners,
Insta cuts few inches
from the sides

So make sure your

texts are within this
borders so that people
can see it easily
@jituigcoach

I have seen so many

reels where I don’t
understand whats their
moto to create those
reels

Because the text that

they write is impossible
to read because of that
fancy cursive writing

Make sure your fonts

are easy to read and
simple enough to
understand
@jituigcoach

Avoid this things

Having too much

Placing the text outside the
borders
Complex and hard to read
fonts

Instead

Keep your fonts simple

Easy to read and understand
Minimal and clean texts
@jituigcoach

Posting inconsistently is one of the biggest mistakes

that Instagram users make. If you want to grow your
following and engagement, it's important to post
consistently.

Here are some reasons why posting consistently

is important:

Algorithm benefits: Instagram's algorithm favors

accounts that post consistently. When you post
frequently, your content is more likely to be seen
by a wider audience.

Stay top-of-mind: Posting consistently keeps you

top-of-mind with your audience. When you post
regularly, your followers will see your content more
frequently and be more likely to engage with it.

Grow your following: Posting consistently is

essential if you want to grow your following on
Instagram. By posting reels every day, you can
attract new followers who are interested in your
content and engage with your existing audience.
@jituigcoach

Here are some tips for making a habit

of posting reels every day

Set a schedule: Determine the best times to post

based on your audience's behaviour, and create a
schedule for your posts. If you have one time in
your mind, you are less likely to stay inconsistent.

Batch content creation: Create multiple reels at

once and schedule them in advance. This can help
you save time and ensure that you always have
content ready to post.

Stay organised: Use a content calendar or planner

to keep track of your ideas and ensure that you're
covering all the topics that you want to share with
your audience

In summary, staying consistent on Instagram

requires planning, organisation, and dedication.

So make sure you are consistently posting your

content on Instagram
@jituigcoach

SPAMMING
Sharing your reels to random people in your DMs
and begging for engagement is not a good
strategy on Instagram. Not only it makes you
appear spammy, but it can also get you banned
from sending DMs if too many people report you.

I receive over 100-200 dms everyday where

people share reels to me and I always tell my dm
manager to remove those dm’s

Also most of the dms in my hidden dms are

“Shared a reel” dms this shows that Insta hidden
their dms because many people might reported
them
Instead of begging people to like your reel, focus
on building a community of engaged followers
who are genuinely interested in your content.
@jituigcoach

TRENDY CREATOR
Focusing on following every trend that comes
across you won’t help you to go viral

While trends can be a great way to gain followers

and attract new audiences, relying solely on
trends without adding value to your content is
not a sustainable strategy for long-term growth.

Just because a topic or trend is popular does not

mean it is relevant to your audience. Posting
content that is not relevant to your audience can
decrease engagement and even lead to
unfollows.

To truly stand out on social media, it's important

to create content that provides value to your
audience. This could include informative posts,
educational videos, or thought-provoking
discussions that showcase your unique
perspective and expertise.
@jituigcoach

By providing value to your audience, you can

establish a sense of trust and loyalty that will
keep them coming back for more.

However, that does not mean you should

completely ignore trends. In fact, participating in
trends that align with your brand and provide
value to your audience can help you gain visibility
and attract new followers

The key is to strike a balance

between following trends and
creating valuable content that
aligns with your brand and
engages your audience. By
doing so, you can establish a
strong online presence that
stands out from the
competition and drives
growth over time.
@jituigcoach

Make sure to Follow Trends that aligns

with your

Your Brand value and your Theme

Your content and your niche
Your personality and your attitude

In summary, while trends can be a useful tool for

gaining followers and attracting new audiences,
they should be used strategically and in a way
that adds value to your content.

By maintaining a balance between trends and

value, you can create a winning content strategy
that engages your audience and drives long-term
growth.
@jituigcoach

COPYCAT
Copying viral content or content that works for others
is indeed one of the biggest mistakes you can make
on social media.

While it may be tempting to ride the wave of a popular

trend or to recreate a successful post from another
creator, doing so can harm your brand's reputation
and hinder your long-term growth.
Because

It lacks originality: One of the biggest downsides of

copying others' content is that it lacks originality.
Your audience is looking for fresh and unique
content that they cannot find elsewhere. When you
copy viral content, you are not providing anything
new or valuable to your audience, which can lead to
disinterest and a lack of engagement. Furthermore,
when you don't bring your own unique perspective
and personality to your content, you run the risk of
becoming just another clone in a sea of similar
creators.
@jituigcoach

Also Every account is different: It's essential to

remember that every social media account is
unique, with its own set of audience behaviour
and habits. Just because a particular strategy or
approach works for one account doesn't
necessarily mean that it will work for yours.
Each account has its own audience with unique
preferences, needs, and habits, so it's crucial to
understand what works for you and your
audience.

Before sharing any piece of content

make sure

Understand your audience: This is the first

step in creating content that resonates with
your target audience. You can start by
analysing your audience demographics, such as
age, gender, location, and interests. Use
analytics tools to gain insights into your
audience behaviour, such as the times they are
most active on social media, the type of content
they engage with the most, and the platforms
they use
@jituigcoach

Experiment with different types of content:

Once you have a clear understanding of your
audience, you can start experimenting with
different types of content to see what works
best. Try out different formats, themes, and
styles to see what resonates with your audience
and drives engagement. It's essential to track
your metrics and adjust your approach
accordingly based on the results.

being true to yourself and creating content that

reflects your personality and interests, you can
establish a unique brand identity that sets you
apart from the competition.

So instead of copying others, take inspiration

from others: This means looking at successful
content creators in your niche and studying what
makes their content unique and engaging. Take
note of the topics, themes, and styles that
resonate with their audience and think about how
you can apply those insights to your own content.
@jituigcoach

POSTING EVERYTHING-
VALUE BASED CONTENT
Posting everything you like or do in your life can
lead to a lack of focus and dilute your message,
making it difficult for your audience to understand
what you are all about.

I have seen many creators posting everything they

like, No one is interested in what coffee you drink
today or whose your fav sportsman unless you are
a relationship based creator

Instead of posting everything your like post

content that provides value

Value: Your audience is looking for value and

relevance in the content they consume.
Understand their pain points, problems, and
interests to provide them with the information
and solutions they are seeking.
@jituigcoach

By finding your audience's pain points, you can

create content that solves their problems and meets
their needs, which can lead to higher engagement,
loyalty, and trust.

Provide value in the form of entertainment,

education, motivation or inspiration.

It's important to remember that social media is not

just about you, but it's also about your audience.
Therefore, by focusing on their needs and interests,
you can create content that resonates with them
and drives long-term success.

POSTING VALUE BASED

EVERYTHING CONTENT
@jituigcoach

THINKING EVERY
REEL WILL GO VIRAL
Virality should not be the primary focus of your
content strategy. While going viral can be a great
way to increase your reach and gain new
followers, it's not always sustainable or relevant to
your business or brand goals.

Instead of focusing on virality, consider creating

content that

Meets the needs of your target audience and

aligns with your overall brand message and
values. This can help you build a loyal and
engaged following, which is more valuable in the
long run.

Also If you are creating content for your business,

your ultimate goal should be to convert your
followers into paying customers. While virality can
help increase your visibility, it doesn't always lead
to conversions.
@jituigcoach

Finally, it's important to enjoy the content creation

process and have fun with it. Creating content that
aligns with your passion and interests can help you
stay motivated and creative, which can ultimately
lead to better content and more significant results.
@jituigcoach

NOT HAVING AN OPTIMISED

PROFILE- HAVING A
OPTIMISED PROFILE

We all know that First impression is the last impression- Your

Instagram profile is often the first thing people would see when
they land on your page. Without an optimised profile, you risk
losing their interest and failing to convert them into followers

So here are 4 things to consider for an

optimised profile

Profile picture: Use a high-quality profile picture

with a headshot and zoomed into your face

Bio: Use your bio to provide a brief overview of

how you can help others. Add some info about
you and your content to make them trust you

Highlight: Use highlight to showcase your best

memories,client’s results, your personal life

Username: Use a username that is simple and

easy to remember and reflects your brand name
or identity.

So make sure you have an optimised profile

@jituigcoach

TAGGING UNNECESSARY
PEOPLE IN YOUR REELS

When you tag people who are not relevant to the

content of your reel, it can be considered spam by
the social media algorithms. This is because it's
seen as a tactic to get more engagement by
exploiting the notification system and drawing
attention to your post. As a result, your content
can be pushed into the hidden requests section of
others, meaning that it won't show up in their main
feed or notifications.

Moreover, when you tag someone who has no

connection to your content, they may view it as
spam and even report it, leading to further
damage to your account. It's important to keep in
mind that social media algorithms are designed to
prioritise relevant and engaging content, so if you
consistently engage in spammy tactics like
tagging irrelevant people, your content may be
penalised by the platform.
@jituigcoach

Instead Tag this 2 people in your reels

Relevant people - You should tag people in your

reels who are relevant to the content. This could
include people who are featured in the video,
people who helped to create the content, or
people who inspired the content.

Brands - When it comes to tagging brands in

your reels, it's important to tag brands that are
relevant to the content of your post. This could
include brands that are featured in the video,
brands that inspired the content, or brands that
you are partnering with

For example, if you're posting a reel about a new

outfit, you could tag the clothing brand that you're
wearing.
@jituigcoach

YOUR CONTENT
Avoid posting this 4 types of content

Random content that went viral for other accounts

Trend that doesn’t fit your niche
Content that no ones like rather than you
Content based on instincts and moods

Instead consider this 4 things while posting

your content

Post according to your content strategy: Your

content strategy should be based on your overall
goals for your Instagram account. Ask yourself
What kind of content do you want to share? Who
is your target audience? What message do you
want to convey through your posts? By answering
these questions, you can create a content
strategy that aligns with your overall goals.
@jituigcoach

Content plan: Once you have a content strategy

in place, you can create a content plan that
outlines the specific types of content you'll be
sharing and when you'll be sharing it. This can
help you stay organised and ensure that you're
posting consistently. So make sure you post
according to your content plan

Niche: Your Instagram account should be

focused on a specific niche or topic. This can help
you attract a specific audience that is interested
in your content. If you post everything that you
like, your account may become unfocused and
less appealing to your target audience. Having a
niche will help to create a quality community and
drive you more sales and revenue with less
followers

Goals: What are your goals for your Instagram

account? Do you want to increase your followers,
drive traffic to your website, or promote a
product or service? By setting specific goals, you
can tailor your content to meet those goals and
track your progress over time.
@jituigcoach

REELS WITH
WATERMARK
Instagram officially said they won’t be promoting
content that contains watermark of any App
So it's always better to remove the watermark if
your video has it

Tool to remove watermark

So avoid doing things that I said in this chapter

although you are smart enough to understand
what to do and what not ;)
CHAPTER 3
@jituigcoach

The very first thing that a brand

looks in your profile is your
engagement and if it's low you
might lose tons of opportunities

And if you are someone who

wants to sell your coaching,
services or any products then
for that too you need good
engagement because the
higher your engagement is the
better your conversion will be

So are here my 15 Tips to get

high engagement
@jituigcoach

1) GIVE THEM A
REASON TO DO SO
Every form of engagement has a reason behind it,
people save a reel because they think they might
need it in future, People share a reel either to look
cool about a particular meme, to spread awareness
or to show something that the 2nd doesn’t know
@jituigcoach

FOR MORE SAVES

Provide value: People are more likely to save content that they
find valuable and informative. To create valuable content, think
about what problems or challenges your audience is facing
and create content that provides solutions or insights. This
could include educational content that provides tips, advice,
or how-to guides. For example if you provide them a tutorial on
how to edit a particular transitions or settings to upload high
quality reels then definitely people will save your reel

Provide data: Including data and statistics in your posts can

make them more informative and compelling. People are
more likely to save content that contains useful data or
information they can refer back to later.
@jituigcoach

FOR MORE SHARES

Capitalise on recent news or updates: Creating content
around recent news or updates can be a great way to generate
shares and engagement. People love to know and share
information that others may not be aware of. To do so, stay up-
to-date on the latest news and trends in your industry and
create content that provides insights or analysis on the same.

Create relatable and entertaining content: Memes and

entertaining content can be highly shareable and can help
boost engagement on your posts. Consider creating memes or
humorous content that relates to your niche or industry. This
type of content is more likely to be shared, as people enjoy
sharing content that they find relatable or entertaining.
@jituigcoach

ENGAGE WITH YOUR OWN

COMMUNITY, RESPOND
ACTIVELY TO COMMENTS,
STORY REPLIES, AND DMS

When people engage with your content, it's

important to respond in a timely and meaningful
way. This not only shows Instagram that you care
about your audience, but it also helps build trust and
connection with your followers.
@jituigcoach

And try to Reply your comments within the first 45

minutes: Because it signals the algorithm that your
content is engaging. When you reply to comments within
the first 45 minutes of posting, you increase the chances
that your content will be seen by more people. This is
because Instagram's algorithm prioritises content that
generates early engagement, and responding to
comments is a key part of that.

Also You can even Ask questions to start conversations

in your comment section: For if you share some tips to
grow on social media and you get a comment saying
“Great post, it was helpful” then you can ask something
like “Which tip do you think is the most important? When
you ask open-ended questions, you invite feedback and
discussion and it keeps the conversation going, which can
lead to increased engagement and reach.

Never ever disappear right after you post: When you

post, it's important to stick around and engage with your
audience. This shows Instagram's algorithm that you are
actively participating on the platform and you are
interested in building a community. By disappearing
immediately after posting, you send the message that
you're only interested in getting views or followers and
aren't committed to building a relationship with your
audience.

Engaging with your audience might seem simple

but yet this is the most effective and easiest
way to boost your engagement
@jituigcoach

START USING
CTA AT THE END
OF YOUR REEL
First a fall those who don’t know Call to actions is
basically a phrase that tells people to do a certain
action for example “Save this post” “Share this
reel” or “Follow for more”

Everyone on Instagram including you and me we

all have a habit of scrolling reels without
engaging with the content and CTA helps you to
break that habit by encouraging your audience to
take specific actions

So use them at the end of your reels to increase

your engagement
@jituigcoach
@jituigcoach

POST HIGH
QUALITY CONTENT
Posting high-quality content is crucial to building a
strong presence on Instagram. Poor quality content
can make your brand appear unprofessional and
unappealing,

When it comes to reels, it's especially important to

focus on producing high-quality videos that are
visually appealing and easy to watch. Blurry or low-
quality reels are not only unattractive, but they can
also be difficult for your audience to engage with,
as they may struggle to see or understand the
content.

To ensure that your reels are of high quality, pay

attention to the lighting, framing, and audio of your
videos. Use natural lighting whenever possible, and
consider investing in a tripod or stabiliser to help
keep your shots steady. Make sure your audio is
clear and easy to hear, and avoid any kind of
background noise or music that is too loud or
distracting.
@jituigcoach

While creating high-quality reels, it's also important

to focus on creating content that is valuable and
relevant to your audience. By combining high-
quality visuals with useful or interesting content,
you can create reels that are both engaging and
effective at building your brand on Instagram.

Watch how to create and post high quality reels

@jituigcoach

CONSISTENCY
The algorithm is designed to promote content that
keeps people on the platform, and consistent
posting is one of the indicators of quality accounts
and here are 3 reasons why you should post
consistently to increase your engagement

a. Algorithm rewards accounts who posts

consistently

b. When you post regularly and consistently,

algorithms favour you by promoting your content
to more people and posting content your content is
more likely to be seen by your followers and
appear on the Explore page, which can help boost
engagement and attract new followers.

c. Regular posting helps you stay top of mind with

your followers. When you post consistently, your
audience is more likely to see and engage with
your content, which can help build a stronger
relationship with them.
@jituigcoach

Also A consistent posting schedule can help you

plan and create content more effectively. When
you have a regular posting schedule, you'll know
exactly when you need to create and publish new
content. This can help you plan your content more
effectively, which can lead to higher-quality
content that resonates better with your audience.

So make sure you maintain your consistency to

maintain your engagement.
@jituigcoach

POST DIFFERENT
FORMATS OF CONTENT
Posting different formats of content on Instagram
can help increase engagement because it keeps
your content fresh and interesting for your followers.
Posting the same type of content repeatedly can
become boring for your audience and may result in a
decrease in engagement.

However, it's important to keep in mind that the

quality of your content is just as important as the
format, so be sure to put effort into creating high-
quality content no matter what format you choose.

Stories Carousels

Reels Photo Lives

@jituigcoach

DO MUTUAL LIVES
Mutual Lives can be a great way to connect with
your followers in real-time, answer their questions,
and provide valuable info or data. It can also help
you reach a wider audience, especially if you go live
with other accounts that have a similar audience.

Make sure to look for influencers or brands that

have similar target audience and niche to make a
greater impact.
@jituigcoach

USE CTA ACCORDING

TO THE CONTEXT
When creating content on Instagram, it's important
to use relevant CTAs that align with the goals of your
content. Understanding your audience is key to
creating effective CTAs.

So Stop using one CTA everywhere and use them

according to the context of the reel

For example, if your content contains lots of data or

useful information, encourage your audience to save
the post for future reference by saying something
like "Save this post for later." or “Save this post for
future”.

Or If your content includes a recent news update or

important information that your audience may not be
aware of, encourage them to share by saying
something like “Share this post to spread
awareness.” or "Share this post with someone who
needs to know"
@jituigcoach

By using context-specific CTAs, you can encourage

your audience to take specific actions that are in
line with the goals of your content strategy. This
can help boost engagement and drive meaningful
interactions with your audience on Instagram.
@jituigcoach

USE ENGAGEMENT
STICKERS IN YOUR POLL

And using stickers in your stories helps you to

increase your engagement on your profile and
hence the algorithm pushes your stories to even
more people which there by gets your more
impressions and weekly reach

Start your stories with an engagement like this this

or this
@jituigcoach

GIVEAWAYS
You can do giveaways of cash or products and tell
people to engage with your content like
commenting or tagging people or maybe sharing
your reel to their stories

I personally don’t do giveaways just to increase my

engagement but you can definitely use them to
boost your engagement
@jituigcoach

NETWORKING TIME
(FOR COACHES)

If you are someone with 50k-100k followers who

wasn't active for a long time then this tip will help
you out

You can say something like accounts with under

10k followers can ask questions and people with
above 10k followers will reply to those questions or
you can do a networking activity where you tell
your audience to introduce them to everyone and
they can interact with similar niche people.

Do any kind of networking activity in your comment

section to enhance your engagement.This simple
Tip can blow up your comment section if you
already have a decent following on your page

This Tip is definitely not for everyone but if you are

someone with a decent following and suffering
from low reach, give this a shot
@jituigcoach

INCREASE THE
FREQUENCY OF
YOUR CONTENT

When you post more quantity of content you

definitely has more chances of getting more reach,
so lets say last week you did 4 posts with 1000
reach on every post you got around 4000 reach for
that week

now let's say you posted 1 reel everyday with 1000

reach, now you have 3000 more reach and when
your weekly reach and impressions increases
instagram think that people are liking your content
and hence they pushes your content to even more
people

Now you don’t need to post 2-3 reels everyday you

can even start posting carousels and photos if you
don’t post them
@jituigcoach

You can simply start posting 1 reel and 1 non reel

content everyday. Batch 4 weeks of non reel
content at once and then focus on creating video
content

In this way you don’t need to shoot more reels but

you can increase the quantity while not to worry
about being burned out
@jituigcoach

PROVIDE VALUE
Now this is the most important tip if you want to
increase your engagement. Just ask yourself will
you ever share a meme that didn’t make you laugh
or entertained you? Will you ever save a reel that
has no data or will you ever like a boring piece of
content?

Engagement is basically a form of reaction that

your audience does with your profile, for example
liking your reel show its interesting and worthy to
watch, saving a reel means it can help people in
future and sharing a reel means it contains
information that other people might not know or
maybe it's too relatable

Now if you want people to react towards your post

then give them a reason to do so by providing
value in the form of entertainment, education,
motivation or inspiration.
@jituigcoach
@jituigcoach

CREATE MORE
RELATABLE CONTENT

The best type of content on Instagram is relatable

content and the reason behind this is because it
gets the most discoverability

People tend to share relatable content to their

friends as well as on their stories
You won’t share a reel on your stories that explains
how to run a ad campaign but you would definitely
share a reel about a meme that represents your fav
cricketer or your sportsman!

You won’t share a reel that says 10 facts about a

location you never went by you would share a reel
that says something sarcastic about your EX

So go and create relatable content so that people

can share your posts to their stories to make them
look cool

Now last but not the least my 15th tip is

@jituigcoach
@jituigcoach

REPLY TODAY AND

LIKE TOMORROW
Now we all know that we should engage with our
audience in the first 45 mins of posting to get better
results

But this is a small hack for you so what you need to do

is, Every-time you post a piece of content it can be
anything: a reel, a carousel or a post. Reply to all the
comments that you get in the first 45 mins but don’t
like any comment in that particular post

Now the next day when you will be posting another

piece of content, go and like all your comments on
that particular

This will notify your audience and they might even

engage with your new post

This tip sounds simple but it works really well

So now you have 15 ways to boost your engagement,

make sure you follow everything as per mentioned in
this chapter to get the best results ;)

Thank you :)
CHAPTER 3
@jituigcoach

LIGHTING
Natural light: If possible, try to use natural light
when filming reels. This can create a soft and
flattering look, especially during the golden hour
(the hour just after sunrise or just before sunset)
The quality of the light during this time is often
soft and warm, which can create a beautiful and
flattering look. However, be aware of harsh
sunlight that might cause harsh shadows

Artificial light: If you can't use natural light,

consider using artificial lighting such as ring
lights or softbox lights. These can help create a
more even and flattering light source. Make sure
to position the lights correctly to avoid creating
unwanted shadows or harsh glare.

Stand in front of the light: When filming yourself

or a subject, it's important to stand in front of the
light source rather than behind it. This will ensure
that the subject is well-lit and not in shadow. It
can also help to avoid lens flare and other
unwanted visual effects.
@jituigcoach

Lighting direction: Also The way you position your

lighting can change how your video looks. If you put
the light to the side of your subject, it can create
shadows and make your video look more interesting.
If the light is in front of your subject, it can make them
look flat. If the light is behind your subject, it can
create a cool effect where they are in silhouette. It's
important to experiment with different lighting
positions to find the one that works best for your
video.
@jituigcoach

USE YOUR BACK

CAMERA>FRONT
CAMERA
When recording content on your mobile device, it is
recommended to Use the back camera. The back
camera on your mobile device is typically of higher
quality than the front-facing camera. This is because
the back camera has more megapixels, which
means it can capture more detail and produce
sharper images.

Also Clean your lens Before recording, it's important

to make sure your camera lens is clean and free of
smudges or dust particles. A dirty lens can affect the
clarity and sharpness of your footage, so take a
moment to wipe your lens with a clean and dry cloth
before you start recording.
@jituigcoach

USE DEFAULT
CAMERA INSTEAD
OF IG’S CAMERA
When creating content, it is generally recommended
to use your phone's default camera app instead of
Instagram's camera, unless you need to apply an
Instagram filter or use Instagram's built-in editing
tools. This is because the default camera app
usually provides you with more control over the
settings and features, such as the ability to adjust
exposure, focus, and resolution, which can help you
capture high-quality footage.

Also Instagram's camera may compress your

videos, which can result in a loss of quality. This is
because Instagram's camera is designed to make it
easy to create content quickly and easily, rather
than to provide the highest quality footage
@jituigcoach
@jituigcoach

SHOOT FROM
DIFFERENT ANGLES
INSTEAD OF ONE
Choosing the right perspective is important to
convey a particular message or emotion to your
audience. The angle at which you shoot can affect
the viewer's perception of the subject. A bird's eye
view can make the subject look small or vulnerable,
while a worm's eye view can make the subject look
powerful or dominant.

A straight-on angle can provide a neutral

perspective. Consider the message you want to
convey and choose your angle accordingly.
@jituigcoach
@jituigcoach

TAKE MULTIPLE
SHOTS
To create the best content, taking multiple shots
while experimenting with various angles, lighting,
and composition is crucial. Rarely will the first shot
be the perfect one, so don't hesitate to try new
things and take many shots.

This approach will significantly increase your

chances of capturing the ideal shot for your
content during the editing process.
@jituigcoach

POST ON HIGH SPEED

WIFI/INTERNET TO
AVOID QUALITY ISSUES

The quality of your internet connection can affect

the quality of your upload, and a slow or unstable
connection can result in low-quality uploads. Here
are some reasons why posting on high-speed Wi-Fi
or internet is important for ensuring high-quality
uploads:

Faster upload speed: A high-speed Wi-Fi or

internet connection will allow you to upload your
content faster, reducing the risk of interruptions or
disconnections that can affect the quality of your
upload.

Reduced compression: When you upload content,

the file is compressed to make it smaller and more
manageable. However, if you have a slow or
unstable connection, the compression may be
more severe, resulting in a lower quality upload.
@jituigcoach

Higher resolution: If you are uploading high-

resolution content, such as photos or videos, a high-
speed connection will allow you to maintain the
quality and resolution of your content.

Better user experience: High-quality uploads ensure

that your audience can enjoy your content as it was
intended, without buffering or low-quality playback.

Professionalism: If you are using social media or

other online platforms for business purposes, a low-
quality upload can damage your brand's reputation
and make you appear unprofessional.
@jituigcoach

RECORD/EXPORT
AT THE HIGHEST
QUALITY
When it comes to creating high-quality reels on
Instagram, one of the most important things to keep
in mind is to record and export your content at the
highest quality possible. This means using the
highest resolution available on your device, whether
you're shooting with a smartphone or a professional
camera.

Recording at high quality will ensure that your

footage is crisp, clear, and detailed, which is
essential when creating visually stunning reels.
When you export your content, be sure to choose
the highest possible resolution and bit rate, which
will ensure that your video maintains its quality
when uploaded to Instagram
@jituigcoach
@jituigcoach

CLOSE ALL
UNNECESSARY APPS
While posting to avoid quality issues- it can free up
memory and processing power on your device,
which can help your device run more efficiently
which help prevent your device from slowing
down or crashing while you're trying to post your
content

It ensures that your

device is not using
any resources in
the background.
This can help
ensure that your
content uploads
smoothly and
quickly, without
any interruptions
or delays.

OTHER SOCIAL
MEDIA PLATFORMS
Youtube: YouTube is the world's second-largest
search engine, making it an ideal platform for
content research. Search for videos related to your
niche and watch them to get an idea of what types
of content are resonating with viewers. Pay attention
to the length of the video, the style of the content,
and the tone of the presenter. Look for channels
related to your niche and explore their videos.
Subscribe to channels that offer valuable content
and inspiration.

Twitter: Twitter is a great platform for real-time

conversations and breaking news. Use Twitter's
search function to find tweets and conversations
related to your niche. Follow industry experts and
thought leaders to stay up-to-date on the latest
trends and news. Participate in Twitter chats related
to your topic to engage with other users and
discover new ideas.

LinkedIn: LinkedIn is a professional networking

platform that can be used for content research.
@jituigcoach

HASHTAGS
Hashtags can be a powerful tool for generating
ideas and discovering new content.

To use hashtags for idea generation and content

discovery

Start by brainstorming a list of relevant

hashtags for your niche or area of interest:
When brainstorming a list of relevant hashtags
for your niche or area of interest, there are a
few things to keep in mind. First, consider the
types of content you want to create and the
topics you want to cover. For example, if you're
a fitness blogger, you might brainstorm
hashtags like #fitfam, #fitspiration, #workout
motivation and #healthy recipes.

Then, search for these hashtags on Instagram

and browse through the posts that come up.
@jituigcoach

When you're browsing through the posts that come

up after searching for your relevant hashtags, take
note of any patterns or themes that you notice in
the content. For example, you might notice that
certain types of posts tend to perform better than
others, or that certain topics or themes are more
popular within your niche.

You can also use hashtags to find accounts and

creators in your niche who are creating high-quality
content. Follow these accounts and engage with
their content to get inspiration for your own content
and learn from their strategies and techniques.

Additionally, look for any interesting ideas or

concepts that you come across. These could be
anything from unique visual styles to clever
captions or engaging video concepts. Taking note
of these ideas can help you generate new ideas for
your own content or help you think of ways to put
your own spin on existing concepts.

Pay attention to the engagement on the posts you

come across. Look for posts with high levels of
likes, comments, and shares to see what types of
content are resonating with audiences in your
niche.
@jituigcoach

By analysing the engagement on posts, you can

learn what works well and what doesn't work well in
your niche, and use this information to inform your
own content strategy.

It's important to note that while browsing through

posts with relevant hashtags can give you ideas and
inspiration, you should never copy someone else's
content directly. Instead, use the posts you find as a
starting point and put your own unique spin on them
to make them relevant and valuable to your
audience
@jituigcoach

DM’S COMMENT
AND STORIES
Ask your audience via your stories more about what
problems they have:

Be specific: When asking for feedback, be specific

about what you want to know. For example, ask your
audience what challenges they face in a specific area
or what topics they would like to learn more about.

Look for common themes: As you read through your

DMs and comments, look for common themes and
topics. This can help you identify the most pressing
problems and concerns that your audience has.

Create a list of problems: Use the insights you

gather from your DMs and comments to create a list
of problems that your target audience has. Prioritise
the problems based on their relevance and
importance to your audience.

Now instead of thinking about you have to create

one reel everyday,

Solve one problem per day: Once you have your list
of problems, create content that solves one problem
per day and you don’t need to find content ideas
@jituigcoach

FOR BEGINNERS
Now if you are a beginner you might be wondering
that I don’t get dms or comments to may kaha se
ideas lau in that case

Identify the big creators in your niche: Start by

identifying the most successful creators in your niche.
Look for creators who have a large following, high
engagement, and create content that resonates with
your target audience.

Read through their comments: Once you've

identified the big creators in your niche, start reading
through their comments. Reading through the
comments on a big creator's posts can be a valuable
way to get ideas for your own content. Look for
patterns and themes in the comments, such as
common questions, feedback, or suggestions. This
can give you insight into what your target audience is
interested in and what they are looking for from
creators in your niche.

Make a list of the common questions and feedback:

that you come across in the comments. This list can
be used to create content that addresses those topics
directly. You can also use this list to create content
that provides solutions to the problems or challenges
that your target audience is facing.
@jituigcoach

Additionally, reading through the comments can

also give you ideas for new content formats or
styles. Look for comments that mention specific
types of content or formats that the audience
enjoys, such as behind-the-scenes footage,
tutorials, or product reviews. This can help you
create content that resonates with your target
audience

Identify content gaps: And As you read through

the comments, look for content gaps that you can
fill. Are there any questions that the big creator
hasn't answered yet? Are there any topics that
haven't been covered in depth? Use this
information to create content that fills those gaps.

Add your unique perspective: While it's

important to create content that resonates with
your target audience, it's also important to add
your unique perspective and voice. Make sure
your content reflects your personality and
expertise.

Choose creators that are in your niche and has

the same target audience that you are targeting
for better Ideas
@jituigcoach

Atlast consume content from possible source

such youtube hashtags books podcast courses
workshops webinars articles blogs or websites

The better you consume the better you create so

start consuming better and eventually you will
start creating better

Now my 5th point is not about brainstorming new

ideas or thinking new because you don’t need to
post something new everyday
@jituigcoach

REPURPOSE
Stop looking for new Ideas everyday, Instead
repurpose or recreate your old content
And here 4 things that you can do to repurpose your
content

Identify your best-performing posts: Go to your

insights and select posts that went viral in your past.
Look for posts with high engagement rates, such as
likes, comments, and shares. These posts are likely to
have resonated with your audience and are worth
repurposing.

Choose evergreen content: When selecting posts to

repurpose, choose evergreen content that is still
relevant and engaging to your audience. Evergreen
content is content that doesn't lose its relevance over
time, so it can be repurposed multiple times.

Monitor engagement: Keep an eye on the

engagement metrics for the repurposed post to see
how it performs with your audience. If it performs well
again, consider repurposing it again in the future. If it
doesn't perform as well, try adding a new twist or
trying a different post.
@jituigcoach

Don't overdo it: While repurposing content can be

effective, it's important not to overdo it. Make sure
that you're still creating original content and not
relying too heavily on repurposing old posts.

Uses this strategy when you are busy or on a

vacation and you can’t create new content or
maybe you are burnout or busy in any other parts
of your life

Now apart from repurposing you can even

recreate your old content
@jituigcoach

RECREATE
WAYS TO RECREATE A PIECE OF CONTENT

1. Recreate a transition: If you have a post that

features a popular transition or trend, consider
recreating the post with the same audio and video, but
with different text.

For example this is the original and first reel that I

posted in my past-
https://www.instagram.com/p/ClGk-4ADyWc/

And this is the recreation of the same post-

https://www.instagram.com/p/CqaZ3DvDHdF/

Here if you simply I simply changed the text and boom

2. Recreate a pointing reel: Pointing reels are a

popular type of content on Instagram, where the
creator points to text overlays in time with the audio.
You can recreate an old pointing reel with the same
audio and video but with different text or vice versa

For example this is the original version of the post-

https://www.instagram.com/p/Cn4OS4ZDfhD/

And here’s the recreation version-

https://www.instagram.com/p/CqvDsN2tdpr/
@jituigcoach

3. Recreate a piece of content with the same text:

In the first 2 types we just changed the text and

everything was same, now do the exact opposite
that is keep the text same but change everything
else

If you have a piece of content that performed well

in the past, consider recreating it with different
audio and video. You can use a different
background or location, or add visual effects to
make the post feel new. But keep the text same
and you are good to go

4. Recreate an educational reel: If you have an

educational reel where you speak directly to the
camera, you can recreate the post with the exact
same script and hook, but change the outfit,
location, or camera angles. This will make the post
feel new and fresh, while still delivering the same
valuable content to your audience.

5. Recreate your old carousel into a new reel: Find

out the carousel that performed well in your past
and recreate that into a reel while adding some
brief pointers
@jituigcoach

6. Recreate your old reel into a new carousel: Cut

down your video into few points and create a
carousel

So this were the 6 ways to recreate a piece of

content now if you are thinking that your audience is
gonna recognize and criticise you let me tell you,
your every reel is not seen by your 100% of your
audience and even if they see so no one remember
the content so deeply

Do you remember what pointing reel you watched

yesterday? Of Course not

Just remember one thing that don’t over use this

strategy and only use this when you feel burnout or
you might be on a vacation.

Also While recreating, you can recreate any piece of

content that performed well in your past, just add
some new visuals, text, audio, location, outfit, angles
or any little difference can make a huge difference

Recreating content is a great way to keep your

Instagram feed fresh and engaging without having
constantly come up with new ideas from scratch.

Make sure to monitor engagement and adjust your

strategy accordingly to get the most out of your
content.
CHAPTER 6
@jituigcoach

Hello everyone welcome to another chapter of this

course and today you will be learning 4 types of
content with the most popular formats that goes
viral on Instagram

When it comes to growing your business on

Instagram it's not enough to create random content
here and if you are someone who just wants to
have fun then I would recommend you to skip this
chapter because here you will understand each
type of content and their most popular formats
which can help you to get tons of Ideas and help
you to serve your audience with multiple formats

So without wasting any

time let's quickly get
onto the point

And the number one

type of content is
@jituigcoach

ENTERTAINING
CONTENT
The most viral type of content is funny and
relatable content

Entertaining content helps you to connect with

your audience and make them remember you, no
one remembers how many tips you gave them
but people will definitely remember you if you add
some sort of emotions in your content

So here are 3 most popular formats that you can

create in entertaining content

Number 1 Reaction based reels

Now this is one of the most popular format in

entertaining reels and the best example for this
type of content is Krutika, she gained over 7m
followers without saying a word in her reels
@jituigcoach

This is one of the example of reaction based

content

https://www.instagram.com/reel/CrGH5gHIdxe/
?igshid=YjNmNGQ3MDY=

Now
I will show you 2 exact audios in 2 different niches
but both are entertaining and both are reaction
based content

The first audio is from krutika

Krutika:
https://www.instagram.com/reel/Cmy317Xjxah/
?igshid=YjNmNGQ3MDY=

Now watch my content that I made in my niche but

by inspiring from the reel I just showed you

https://www.instagram.com/reel/Cm_zetDDUc8
/?igshid=YjNmNGQ3MDY=

Now if you see I didn’t said anything neither krutika

but we both made the reel just by our action and
reaction
@jituigcoach

So find a audio where you can explain a situation

and your reaction will make people laugh

I will give you an example of how to turn this

audio reel into a fitness reel

So start your reel while training legs in the gym

and put a text saying “Me starting my week with
legs” then in the next 2-3 clips show your leg
workout, where you squatting doing leg press
and all and then at the end when the beat drops,
Show your reaction after your leg workout for the
whole week and put a text saying “also me during
the whole week”

You just saw how I used the audio in 2 different

niches without going out of niche and maintained
the entertainment

The only thing you need to consider is your

acting, The better you act the better you make
people laugh on your reels

And as I just said It can be done in any niche ;)

@jituigcoach

2. Frustration based reels

This is where you use sarcasm to explain your

situation, the best examples are aagaystha or
shreyas in this niche Basically you have to be lil
sarcastic about your niche and speak all the
things that goes wrong, hectic or problematic in
your niche

For example:
https://www.instagram.com/reel/Cpwu8RdDYLH/
?igshid=YjNmNGQ3MDY=

Yaha par you don’t have to be aagaystha

definitely but you can choose situations in your
niche

for example a photographer can create a reel on

the type of clients he gets to face
A fashion artist can create a reel on the thoughts
he/she gets while shopping
A Instagram coach or a person who wants to
grow on Instagram can speak about the glitches
and updates we get to see

Think a little about your category and what type

of problems and situations you get to see now
just create a frustrating reel on that and you are
good to go
@jituigcoach

3. Template based content

This is the most easiest type of content you will
ever find

Simply pick a template and paste your text

Let's quickly do this with one template in

different reels
https://www.instagram.com/reel/Cqp2_Jduq-u/

For example
Fitness niche- Me waiting for my muscles to
grow

Student niche- Me waiting for my grades to

go up

Finance niche- Me waiting for stocks to go

up

Lets take one more example, This is the clip

https://www.instagram.com/reel/ClvrQHfDgyW/?
igshid=YjNmNGQ3MDY=
@jituigcoach

Now lets reframe this into different niches

Fitness niche- Pov: Another year passed but

physique nhi bani

Videography niche: Pov: You realised you

forgot to click the record button after 2 hours
of shooting

Student niche: Pov: All the chapters that you

left as an option came as a question

And this is how simply writing a text on a

template can be a piece of content thats makes
your audience laughs without going out of your
niche
@jituigcoach

EDUCATIONAL
CONTENT
Now the 2nd type of content Educational content

And this is my personal fav because

It makes you appear expert in your industry
It helps you to convert clients
It builds trust and credibility of your brand
And the most important it adds the most value
in your audience’s life

For a fitness coach educational content can be

teaching workouts and nutrition
For a fashion artist it can be helping others to
style better
For makeup artist it can be helping other people
to makeup their best version

Now let’s quickly move on to the most popular

formats in this niche
@jituigcoach

1. Voiceover
Currently this is consider as the most engaging
and attractive educational format

Here you don’t speak in-front of the camera

instead you merge video clips and add your audio
to those clips

For example-
https://www.instagram.com/reel/CpNJrsdDIVT/?
igshid=YjNmNGQ3MDY=

So if you are fitness influencer you can teach how

to perform a squat while showing the clips of
squats and add your audio behind it

Or if you are fashion artist then you can show the

process of you selecting a outfit

Where else a makeup artist can show her

process of makeup while speaking about it in the
background
@jituigcoach

2. Now the 2nd most popular format is

Camera speaking reels
This is the most common type of educational reel,
Here you simply sit in-front of the camera and
speak up about your content

For example-
https://www.instagram.com/reel/CpO3_cjqVI8/?
igshid=YjNmNGQ3MDY=

This is the most easiest to record because you

just have to sit at one place and you can keep
your camera or phone right in front of you and
keep speaking

But this are the most toughest to edit, When you

create educational videos like this the average
length of such videos are 15-25s and videos
overs 15s has low retention span so you need
good editing to retain people’s attention on your
content

Make sure to add visuals, sound effects and

pattern interrupts between your content basically
every 2-3 you can add something interesting for
example
@jituigcoach

Adding visuals is basically showing what you

speak, lets say you talking about back workout
then show a person doing back workout

You can even add sound effects and transitions

between your content like this, (Clip of any of my
reel) so like when you start another sentence
add a lil transition with a catchy sound effect

When every 2-3s something happens, it makes

your reel Interesting to watch, for more detail
information on how to create effective reels that
holds people attention through out the reel check
out our how to make a perfect chapter where I
have discussed tons of things about the same
thing

Also in speaking reels you can try character reels

where you solve people’s problem in a
conversation the best example for this is
financewithsharan

Character reels are fun to watch and you can

add tons of punch lines to make it even more
attractive
@jituigcoach

3. Now the 3rd most popular format is

Tutorials
For example: A fitness coach giving tutorial on
how to perform a particular exercise

Or a designer providing a tutorial on how to use a

particular software like photoshop

I personally create tutorials on story Ideas where I

show step by step process of how to create a
attractive story

So content like this are going pretty good in

educational niche
@jituigcoach

4. And the 4th format most popular

format is Text based reels
This is the something that you can create easily
and doesn’t require much of your energy

I have a really good profile for you for this type of

content and here you go

Ishan is a fitness influencer who creates text

based reels where he shares his knowledge
without speaking a single word in his content

He simply add clips to his videos and add texts

on it

And here are 3 things that you must consider

while creating text based reels
@jituigcoach

1. Make sure your texts matches your clips

I mean you can’t show a video of you travelling

somewhere while talking about how to perform a
bench press

Don’t randomly add clips and paste your texts,

understand the context of your content and make
sure your texts and videos both matches

2. Music

In text based reels, you don’t speak so the quality

of your audio can change the whole vibe

So make sure you decide what type of music

suits on your content according to the context
and also make sure to change clips when the
beat drops to make a better effect

3. Make sure you maintain a theme

Don’t use different fonts in every reel

Instead experiment with different type of fonts
and pick one theme for you

This will make your brand image even better and

people might signify you with those fonts
@jituigcoach

Also using 1-2 fonts will help you to maintain the

aesthetics of your profile and it also looks clean
and professional

Now the 5th most popular format is Pointing

reels

This is pretty straightforward, here’s a quick

example of this reel-
https://www.instagram.com/reel/CqvDsN2tdpr/

This is one of the most easiest format because

you simply point where the text is and add a
catchy music and you are good to go

The only con here is, you can’t add much info in
the reel, so use your captions to give a brief
about your topic for example- In this reel

https://www.instagram.com/reel/CoKNcmQjlW5/
?igshid=YjNmNGQ3MDY=

I just wrote 6 words and I explained the topic in

the caption
@jituigcoach

NOW HERE ARE 7 REEL IDEAS FOR

YOU IN EDUCATIONAL FORMAT
1. Burst a myth

You can do this with any format for example, with

pointing reel I burst a myth such as “You don’t
have to follow trends to go viral” then I can
explain it in my caption

Or maybe I can create a character reel like this-

https://www.instagram.com/reel/Ck8SS9bjJ3R/

2. 3 mistakes in your niche

Display any 3 mistakes in your niche that you feel

are the most common

3. 3-5 tips for beginners

Add any 5 tips that people who are beginners in
your niche can follow through
For example: 5 Tips to increase strength if you
are a beginner or 5 tips to increase your followers
if you are a beginner
@jituigcoach

4. Create a tutorial

For example: A tutorial on how to perform a squat

or a tutorial on how to edit a particular photo in
photoshop

5. 7 secrets in your niche

Share any 5-7 secrets that common people don’t

know in your niche

6. 5 hacks in your niche

Provide any 5 fashion, fitness, social media

photography, makeup or beauty or whatever
niche you have, provide 5 hacks in your niche

7. How to reels

For example: How to communicate with people,

how to lose fat, how to grow on social media,
how ti click high quality photos etc
@jituigcoach

ABOUT YOU
Now the 3rd type of content is something that a
majority doesn’t create

That is “About you” in this type of content you

create reels that provides info about you and your
life but most of the creators never make reels on
their life

Majority of the people doesn’t make about you

reels but this is where you make a connection
between you and your followers by becoming
their friend from a complete stranger
This can also help establish credibility and build
trust with your audience right from the start.

Now this is a type of content that you can’t on

daily basis because your audience will be bored
with that, so make this 80/20 principle where 80%
of your content sticks to your niche and 20% is
about you, your lifestyle, your passion or maybe
your interest

But the biggest problem is Most people don’t

know what content they can make in this type of
reels
@jituigcoach

HERE 6 THINGS THAT YOU CAN

SHOW IN “ABOUT YOU REELS”
Introduce yourself: To create a strong and
memorable impression in your Reel, it's
important to introduce yourself to your
audience .Share your name, where you're
from, and what you do to provide context and
help your viewers understand who you are
and what you're all about.

For example: I can simply tell my audience that

I am a 19 year teen who help creators and
business owners to grow and make money on
Instagram

Now this was a really short example but you

could add even more data like your age, your
current work location or even your personal life

Tell people who your partners are, where do you

live and what’s your current routine looks like
All this things tells Alot about you and help you to
connect with your audience
@jituigcoach

By simply showing your actual personality, you

can make a strong connection with your
audience and create a loyal following. Use your
Reel to display your sense of humour, creativity,
or any other personality traits that make you
stand out. This will help your viewers relate to
you on a personal level and keep them engaged
with your content.

Share your Interest: One effective way to

create a connection with your audience
through your Reels is by sharing your
interests, hobbies, and passions.

Sharing your interests doesn't have to be limited

to just hobbies. You could also share your
opinions on current events or share your
thoughts on a particular topic. For example if
y+ou love book reading then you can share your
thoughts on how your current book was and
what are your thoughts on it.

My clients always say this to me that they don’t

have anything interesting in their life to create
about you content
I mean What's more interesting than your
interests?
@jituigcoach

If you like to do workout, show yourself doing your

workouts and how you feel while doing them, if
you like to do swimming, tell people at what level
you are and what's your routine like how do you
incorporate swimming into your daily lifestyle

The day you start creating content on what things

you do, you don’t have to do anything to create
content

Just be sure to keep your content authentic and

true to your values and beliefs.
By doing so, you allow your audience to learn
more about you as a person, which can help build
trust and make them feel more connected to you..

Share your accomplishments: Leverage the

power of your achievements in your Reels to
build credibility and trust with your audience.

For example: If you reached a certain stage or if

you received a certain award then show your
moments while receiving the award, tell people
about your story and journey of achieving that
award, showcase what struggles you faced and
what were your biggest obstacles to receive this
award and how you overcame them. Telling
people about your accomplishments isn’t a show
off instead you might inspire or motivate someone
to achieve something like you
@jituigcoach

By showcasing your awards, certifications, or

successful projects, you are demonstrating your
expertise and proving your value to your viewers.

Show your before after: Demonstrate your

progress and growth by showcasing a before-
and-after transformation in your Reels.

For example: You can share what things you used

to do in your past, what job you had, how you use
to manage your expenses and what were your
biggest struggles. Share with people how you went
from 0-100 and what were those things that
stopped you to do so and how you overcame them.
People would love to hear your journey because
some of them might be at your start point and
when you tell about your start point, this type of
audience will relate with you

Now This is one of my reel-

https://www.instagram.com/reel/Cpjft6aKqIV/
where I sprinkled some insights on my past jaha I
quit my college and job I started my page at 26th
march 2023 and I shared how I went from 0-250k
followers
@jituigcoach

Now when I posted this reel I received tons of dms

saying, my journey inspired them alot and they love
my work and determination and that's how

By sharing your personal journey, you can inspire

and motivate your audience while also establishing
credibility for yourself. This can help build a
connection with your viewers, as they will be able
to relate to your struggles and appreciate your
determination and hard work.

Show your goals and lifestye:

For example: Right now my goal is to gain 1m

followers and build a 7 figure online business, Now I
can share what steps I am gonna take to reach this
numbers

Sharing your goals and the steps you're taking to

achieve them can inspire and motivate your
viewers while also providing them with a glimpse
into your personality and priorities.

When sharing your goals and lifestyle, it's important

to be authentic and genuine. Don't present a
picture-perfect version of your life that doesn't
accurately reflect your reality. Instead, be honest
about your successes and struggles, and show the
real steps you're taking to achieve your goals.
@jituigcoach

In addition, it's important to remember that

everyone's goals and lifestyles are unique. Don't
feel pressured to conform to a certain image or
persona in order to gain more followers. Instead,
embrace your individuality and showcase the
aspects of your life that make you stand out from
the crowd.

By showcasing your unique lifestyle, you can

differentiate yourself from other content creators
on the platform and establish a deeper connection
with your audience.

Now the formats for “About you” reels are same as

educational reels that is Text based reels like this
one, where you can merge your clips and depict
your story, or speaking reel where you simply
narrate your story or maybe voice over reels where
you narrate your story while showing your clips

There are tons of ways to create reels about you so

experiment with different works and go for what
works best for you ;)
@jituigcoach

PROMOTIONAL
CONTENT
Now the third type of content is Promotional
content

Promotional content is a type or content where

you showcase your products or services and the
end goal of this type of content is to get sales and
earn money

Let me make it clear at first that posting

promotional may reduce your engagement for a
while but that’s pretty normal and you don’t have
to worry about it

Now If I talk about the formats, the formats for for

this type of content differs from product to
product and services to services
@jituigcoach

SO HERE 3 WAYS TO PROMOTE

YOUR PRODUCT FOR A PRODUCT
BASED BUSINESS
1. Show the usage of your product in your content
and sell in the caption or at the end of your content

For example you can start off with a problem that

your audience generally face and then show your
product as a solution, you need to be lil creative
here while creating the content because you don’t
have to sound salesy and it shouldn’t look like you
are trying to sell your product

2. Show a before after effects of your product

Simply show how your product can turn people’s

life, for example: If its makeup product show the
before after effects of how would someone look
before the product and after using the product

3. Simply shoot from different angles and create

a edit for your product

This type of content has started gaining popularity

where you simply shoot your products from
different angles and merge them with a trending
audio
@jituigcoach

Now for a services based business like selling

coachings, consultancy, or maybe providing any
kind of social media management or facebook
ad management services

HERE ARE MY 4 WAYS TO CREATE

PROMOTIONAL CONTENT

1. Promote problem: Promote a problem in your

reels and provide lil solution for the same and at
the end offer your services

For example: You can promote the problem of

how diabetes and cholesterol are affecting
everyone and then tell them how important it is for
them to maintain their diet and make them scare
about the fact that if they don’t follow a particular
diet plan how diabetes and cholesterol can end
their life, here diet is their ultimate solution and in
the end ask them to join your 1:1 training where
they will get a customised diet plan that can help
them to cure this disease
@jituigcoach

2. Give first and sell last

Here you start your reel with tons of value for

example I can create a reel on “How to optimise
your profile on Instagram to get more conversion”
now once you give them a glimpse of what should
they do, now tell them why everyone should
optimise their profile and what are the benefits of it

Now people already have a glimpse of the

importance of a optimised profile and they know lil
about how to do so but they still might be confused

so at the end offer your services by simply saying

“If you want me personally to optimise your profile
then simply click the link in my bio to grab a 30 min
call with me”

Or if you are A fitness coach, you can create a reel

on how to perform a squat and tell people how
squatting consistently every week can stimulate
their strength performance and llifestyle and at last
you can say something like, If you want me to
personally help you to improve your performance
in the gym then dm me “Coaching” or you can add
any other word that you prefer

Here you don’t promote your services directly

instead you offer them value then you stimulate
them and then you sell your services
@jituigcoach

3. Testimonials or client’s results

Here you can show your clients results like this-

https://www.instagram.com/reel/Cp463Urj56_/

And in the caption you can offer them your

services

Or you can post a video testimonial of your client

like this-
https://www.instagram.com/reel/CoM6SfUjsX_/

and again offer your services in the caption

The best thing about this type of content is you

build credibility and trust in the content itself by
showcasing your work

And clients results and testimonials reels can drive

you crazy sales

4. Show your before/after and sell at the

end

For example: A fitness trainer can show his

transformation at first and later can offer his
services to people who wants the same results

Here’s an example of my reel

@jituigcoach

For example- In this reel I told about my story that I

quit college and I quit my job and I started my
business and blah blah and blah while adding some
clips on it, I didn’t speak here but depicted my story
via videos music and text, you can do the same or
maybe you can share about yourself in a speaking
format where you speak to the camera and tell
about yourself

When you create before/after reels, people gets

motivated by you and they might get interest in
knowing your journey and that's how I gained
multiple clients just because they wanted to know
my journey

Now there are 25 more type of reels that you can

try in your content, I have attached a pdf with
examples and links of the same, So check that out
for more Ideas and understanding

Just imagine even if you create one type of content

everyday, you already have 25 Ideas in your hand
CHAPTER 7
@jituigcoach

HOW TO MAKE A
PERFECT REEL
Hello everyone welcome to another chapter of
this course and today you will be learning how to
make a perfect reel but
What exactly a perfect reel is?

A perfect reel is basically a content that can hook

people’s attention and sustain it to the end while
converting the visitor into a follower

So here are
@jituigcoach

3 PRINCIPLE TO MAKE
A PERFECT REEL
1. Grab people’s attention

On youtube if you notice, people search a

particular piece of content and then they watch it

But on Instagram its opposite, People watch reels

everywhere they go, they don’t have a end goal to
watch reels,

I mean, have you ever opened Instagram with a

goal? no you just open the app and keep scrolling

And Instagram exactly know how to hook your

Attention on their platform and that's why you
might have noticed that whenever you scroll reels,
2 hours wentz like 2 mins

Now between those thousand of reels you only

have 3-4 seconds to hook people to your content
and if you fail to do so they will scroll away and
watch another piece of content

And there are 2 places to grab people’s attention,

1. Explore page
2. Reels tab
@jituigcoach

AND HERE ARE MY 3 WAYS TO

GRAB PEOPLE’S ATTENTION ON
BOTH THE PLACES
1. Cover page: People who scroll on explore page
will click on your reel if your cover page is attractive
enough

And here are 5 things that you should make sure

while making a cover page

Visually appealing: Make sure your cover is

visually appealing use high quality images and
graphics to make it look attractive

Clarity: Ensure that the title or the text on the

cover page are clear and easy to read. Use a
font that is simple and easy to understand.

Branding: Insert branding elements such as

colours, logos, or graphics to establish a
consistent brand identity across your Reels
content

Relevance: Make sure that the cover images

represents the content in your video and not
just a hyperbole to get clickbaits

Consistency: Have a consistent theme on your

page that represents your brand identity when
people come at your profile
@jituigcoach

Title: Now this is for people who scroll reels on

mute, so if your title is catchy they will definitely stop

And here are top 5 tips to make the best title

Keep it short and sweet: Don’t write a long para

to describe your content,Try to make your title
as specific as possible.

Use power words: Insert words that creates a

sense of urgency or excitement such as
“amazing” “unbelievable” or “mind-blowing” This
words will encourage your viewers to watch
your reel and will make your title more attractive

Curiosity: A catchy title should make your

audience curious about the content of your post.
It should make them want to know more and
encourage them to click through to your reel.
For example- Don’t post any instagram story for
the next 24 hours , Titles like this will make your
audience curious and they might click on your
reel to know why not to post any story for 24
hours?

Easy to understand: Make sure your title is easy

to understand, avoid using complex fonts or
hard language

Relevant: Is your title relevant to the content

that you will be posting? Your title should
accurately describe the content of your reel
@jituigcoach

3. Your first 3 seconds of your reel: People who

are in the reels tab and are scrolling reels without
muting themselves, your first 3s of your reels will
help you to hook their attention

And let me tell you, hooks are 80% of the equation

So make sure your first 3 seconds of your reels are
Interesting, attractive and curious to watch

3 ways to make your 3s attractive

Shock them: For example instead of saying
“How to gain followers” tell “You will lose all your
followers if you still do this” or “This is the only
reason you are not able to get views or
followers”

Ask a question: For example “Are you tired of

following endless workouts but still no results? I
know how it feels to workout everyday and still
not able to achieve your dream physique or “Are
you posting everyday but still no results? Tried
everything you knew but still no growth?

Make a claim: For example “This is the only

strategy that you need to use to grow your
social media”

And once all these 3 things are done in your reel

your hook is ready and now even Katrina will watch
your reels if she comes through it.
@jituigcoach

3 PRINCIPLE TO MAKE
A PERFECT REEL
2. Retain/Sustain people’s attention

Now your hook grabs people’s attention for the

first few seconds but what after those few
seconds?

Now you already know that the content that gets

the maximum watch time is more likely to be
pushed by Instagram and is more likely to get
exposure

So here are my top 6 tips to retain people’s

attention

Pattern interrupts

Pattern interrupts are something that breaks the

flow of your content and capture viewer’s
attention for example adding a zoom effect like
this or maybe switch to close shot and long shot
between your clips like this, you can even add
effects like this after every 2-3 seconds to retain
people’s attention, Changing angles, outfits or
even locations can help you to make people watch
throughout reel
@jituigcoach

If you are a fashion creator, you can add effects

between your transitions like this, Whatever your
niche, try to change your patterns in between your
of your reel

At the end Pattern interrupts will help you to keep

your video engaging by continuously putting some
sort of crisp between your clips

Insert B-rolls

B rolls are basically additional stock footage or the

visuals that people put on their videos to enhance
their content

For example- When you are talking about workout

or fitness, You can add a clip of a person doing
squat like this

Or if you are talking about a product, then add a

footage of a person using the actual product or
just show the product

No one likes to understand everything just by

listening to someone. Adding b-rolls in your
content will make your content more visually
appealing and people will understand your content
more easily.
@jituigcoach

Cut all the gaps, pauses, and blank space in

your reels: Gaps like this (Insert an example) If
you noticed, For 2 seconds there was literally
nothing in the reel and you might lose your
audience there. When editing your reel, try to
focus on the most important parts of your
content and trim any unnecessary pauses or
gaps and

ere are my 3 reasons to cut all the blank spaces

It keeps the pace of the reel: When you cut

out unnecessary pauses and gaps, your reel
moves at a faster pace, which can keep
viewers engaged and interested

Saves time: People have no time in watching

out content that's boring because they have
1000 of different options also reels are just
90s long so cutting gaps will offer your more
space to insert your valuable content

It makes the content Interesting and

valuable: When you remove all the un
necessary part, Your audience doesn’t get
bored while watching your content
@jituigcoach

Add sound effects

Adding sound effects enhance the mood and the

tone of your content: For example if you are
showcasing a horror scenes, add sound effects
that increases tension and causes fear or if you
are showcasing a nature video then add sound
effects of birds or water flowing

You can even add sound effects after every 2-3

seconds in your reels, sound effects like whoosh
or mouse click when you show something clicky
or maybe photo capture sound effect between
your clips like this

Add subtitles in your videos

There is a wide majority of the audience who

watches Instagram on mute and if you don’t add
captions to your videos, people can’t understand
your stuff.

Also there are tons of people who can’t

understand your tone or language so adding
subtitles will help you to retain their attention too

Now 6th and the most important thing to hold

people on your reel
@jituigcoach

Providing value

Changing locations, outfits, angles or adding

effects, transitions and subtitles won’t help if your
content doesn’t provide any kind of value

Give people a reason to watch your content,

Provide value in the form of entertainment,
education, motivation or inspiration

Remember content is the kind

Now finally the last principle

@jituigcoach

3 PRINCIPLE TO MAKE
A PERFECT REEL
3. Convert people’s attention

Now let’s say you were able to grab people’s

attention and maintain it upto the last second of
your reel but what if they scroll away after
watching your reel?

You already know that people have a strong habit

of scrolling and even if a particular piece of
content fascinates them they just like the reel and
scroll again so you need to break the habit of
scrolling reels

And that’s where CTA helps

CTA encourages your audience to pause and take

actions after watching your content those who
don;t know CTA is basically a phrase that tells
people to do certain action for example “Save this
reel” “Share this post” or “Follow for more”
@jituigcoach

One of the major reason why people scroll so

much is that they don’t know what to do next
after watching your content but the moment you
add a CTA, Your audience gets a direction

CTA is a really big topic and we have a whole

chapter on How to use CTA Effectively. What
mistakes people make while using it and how to
get the most out of it?
So checkout “How to use CTA effectively”
chapter to increase your conversion
