Individual Assignment

Topic ICT related company slide presentation (MS PowerPoint) with embedded spreadsheet
(MS Excel)
Instruction ICT related company slide presentation (MS PowerPoint) – (10%)

Content 1. Students are required to prepare slides on ICT related company:
2. The minimum requirements for the slides are:
a. It must not exceed 15 slides
b. The slides must include the student’s information.
c. Include these elements in the slide:
i. The suitable typography and text formatting
ii. Animations
iii. Slide transitions
iv. Images and illustrations (Picture, ClipArt, shape, SmartArt)
v. Media clips (Video/audio/screen recording)
vi. Action button & hyperlinks
3. The slides should include:
a. Introduction (Company background)
b. Mission, vision, objective
c. Organizational chart
d. Location and contact information (phone number, address, email)
e. Products and services
f. News and achievements
g. Any other relevant information
h. Sales forecast using an Excel Spreadsheet (please refer below instruction)
i. Conclusion
j. References (at least 3 citations in APA style)
4. Submit the slides using any channel as instructed by the instructor.
Embedded Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet Task (10%)

i. Insert Excel Spreadsheet into Power Point presentation slide and


create a table consists of sales forecast for six months (apply
table style)
ii. Include sum and average functions.
iii. Use suitable font style and typography.
iv. Format all relevant numbers with currency symbol (RM) or any
coutntry if the company and two decimal places.
v. Insert either a column, bar or line chart of Product against Months
generated from table data.
