Procedure for Connecting REMOTE SSL VPN - MAS Division
1. Android Mobile
2. Windows Laptop/PC

Note :After connecting VPN, open any browser and enter sr.eoffice.railnet.gov.in or 10.5.2.32 or other required websites
and can continue work .
Once your work is finished, please disconnect the VPN to use other internet websites
1. VPN procedure for Android Mobile
Step :1
Go to Playstore, download & install "OpenVPN Connect"
Step :2
Click the link to download the vpn profile for MAS division(or copy and paste below link in browser)

"railnetsr_ssl_vpn_config_android_Feb23.ovpn" will be get downloaded and save the same.
Step :3
Open the app "OpenVPN Connect"
Click on AGREE
Step : 4 choose "FILE" and select the above downloaded file and click"IMPORT".

Step :5 Enter Username as "railnetsr" and click the checkbox 'Save
Password' and enter the password as "@SRLyrailnet12" & select the checkbox 'Connect after import'.
Then Click "ADD"
Step :7 Now VPN gotConnected.Step :8 To disconnect,slide the greenbutton to left side.

Download & install "OpenVPN GUI" for Windows. Click the below link to Download the OpenVPN Connect
application.

Step :3
After Installation of “OpenVPN GUI” in PC/laptop , Double click on the icon "OpenVPN GUI" or Right click on the icon as
shown below and proceed as follows;

Step : 4 Select “ import” , “ import file” and choose " railnetsr__ssl_vpn_config_android_Feb23.ovpn "
Step :5 Right click on the icon and click on “ connect”. Enter the Username as "railnetsr" and click the checkbox
'Save Password' and enter the password as "@SRLyrailnet12" & click OK.
Step :6 VPN got Connected. To disconnect, right click on the icon and click on ‘”disconnect”

For Higher Versions of Windows OS
Step :1 Download “SophosConnect_2.2.75_(IPsec_and_SSLVPN).msi”and save the same from the below link( click on the
link or copy & pasteit in browser and download)

Step :3 Install the downloaded
“SophosConnect_2.2.75_(IPsec_and_SSLVPN).msi”. At the end of installation select "Launch Sophos Connect
when installer close"
Open the installed application "Sophos Connect"
Click "Import connection". Select the saved
railnetsr__ssl_vpn_config_windows_MAC_Feb23"then ok. Click
"connect" then "Continue to Server"

Enter the Username as railnetsr and Password as @SRLyrailnet12 [type the captcha if asked ]select "Save user name
and password”.
VPN got Connected

3. VPN procedure for iPhone/iPad
Step 1: Go to settings
2. Select VPN& Device Management and add VPN

3. Select Type as “IPSec” and click on back.
4. Enter the credentials, as shown below: Description: MASVPN, Server:122.252.251.202

Steps for Downloading and Installing Tunnelblick
First, download the latest disk image from the Downloadspage.stable orbeta version)

Note: If you are using an older version of macOS (10.4 - 10.7.4) youshould download an older depreciated version.
Installing Tunnelblick
To start the installation process, Control-click theTunnelblick icon and click "Open" and a newwindow will appear.
If the window is similar to the following:

then your security settings do not allow you to open files thatare not from the Mac App Store by double-clicking. You
should click "OK" (the window will disappear), then Controlclickthe Tunnelblick icon and click "Open" to open the file. A
new window will appear.If the window is similar to the following:
then click the "Open" button to continue. The windowwill disappear and a new window will appear.
If the window is similar to the following
• Ignore will ignore any OpenVPN configurations.
•Quit will quit Tunnelblick.
• Convert Configurations will attempt to convert your configurations beforeinstalling Tunnelblick. If the conversion fails,
Tunnelblick will not be installed.Click Ignore or Convert Configurations. The window will disappear and a newwindow
will appear.
A window similar to the following window should now be displayed:
Check or un-check boxes to reflect your initial setup and click "Continue". The windowwill disappear and a new window
will appear.

Click the "OK" button to install Tunnelblick to your hard drive .If Tunnelblick is running, the window will look similar to
the following:
Click the "Close VPN Connections andStop Tunnelblick" to continue. After allconnections are closed and Tunnelblick
has quit, the installation will proceed.
When the installation has finished, a notification will be displayed.When there are no configurations (which is usually
the case for a new installation ofTunnelblick), the configuration helper will appear:
Click on “ I have configuration files” and import the downladed filefrom 'drive' and proceed as per the screen
instructions. Enter Username as railnetsr and password as @SRLyrailnet12and Connect the VPN.
