Preparing to Install
1. Final Site Inspection: Verify the surface of the lift will mount to is smooth and level. Verify
that there is enough space for the lift’s footprint. Include space for the folding access ramp,
allowing 1450(L) x 2000(W)mm.
2. Tools needed, Following pictures for reference.
- 18mm drill,
- Electric hammer,
- Measuring Tape.

Pre-Installation Checks
1. Add hydraulic oil: Open the back cover on the lift and add 3.5L hydraulic oil 32#.
2.Connect the post controller as marked numbers 1-1, 2-2.
3.Plug electrical cord. Testing all controllers, manual down. Run the lift up and down for 2
complete cycles.

Installation Steps
Step 1 Wall installation
Install the tripod fixed plate onto wall (as user’s actual use site) by expansion screws
Step 2 Ground installation
Make holes on ground by electric hammer (use 18mm drill) across the hole of lift.
Tighten and fixed as follows:

Step 3 Ramp installation
Step 4 Post controller installation
Fixed the post on the ground by small expansion screws. One on ground floor, another is on
second floor.
