INSTRUCTIONS TO STUDENTS
1. All the rules, regulations & discipline observed in MIT-WPU campus are to be strictly
followed during the NAIP.
2. Every student & staff should carry his/her I-card.
3. Visit to the industries/companies if any, should be in FORMAL DRESS CODE.
4. Descent formal dress to be worn by the students. (Tight, shabby and revealing clothes,
Sleeveless and Off-Shoulder Tops, T-Shirts without collars, Low waist jeans, Half pants,
Shorts, Short skirts, Slippers and Objectionable/indecent dresses are not allowed).
5. Everyone has to STRICTLY follow the program/schedule of the NAIP as decided by the
organizing committee. No excuse or any other personal program will be allowed.
6. Consumption of alcoholic drinks, drugs, smoking or chewing pan/tobacco/gutkha etc.
during entire NAIP is strictly prohibited.
7. Students are not allowed to enter into water bodies or do any other activity which would
risk their safety or life itself.
8. Students should not create any nuisance/noise or pickup fights and quarrels with other
students or with any person.
9. Boy student (s) should not enter into the places where girl student (s) is/are staying and
vice versa.
10. Student (s) should maintain cleanliness in and around their staying arrangements,
Maintain cleanliness of toilets.
11. Students are expected to maintain the decorum of MIT- WPU in terms of conduct and good
order as a whole. Students must refrain from misconduct of any kind, which would tarnish
the image of MIT-WPU.
12. All valuables like Wristwatch, Mobile, Camera, Ornaments, etc. should be carried at the
responsibility of the owner only.
13. Students are expected to attend each and every Lecture, Tutorial and Laboratory practical
sessions planned under NAIP without fail as per the timings specified by the Host
institute/organization.
14. Every night care should be taken that EVERYBODY takes proper rest and sleep, so that
all are fresh for the next day’s program.
15. No action/ behaviour of anyone should cause harm to oneself and /or to any other person.
16. Every student should take detail notes and write a neat and complete report of NAIP.
17. Every student should carry Thermals, Sweaters, Blanket with them as per the need.
18. No member in the group will be allowed to do Boating, Swimming, trekking, rowing,
sailing and hiking during the tour.
19. Student will not back out from NAIP once registered. If anyone backs out, he/she may
have to bear the cancellation charges (train/bus bookings, certification charges, lodging,
etc.).
20. If the behavior of any student is found improper or if he/she is found evading discipline
rules, management reserves the right to indicate disciplinary action on him/her from MIT -
WPU if required & no refund of any fees/charges will be given.
