TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
In line with the order of President Rodrigo Duterte for the observance of Enhanced
Community Quarantine over Luzon relative to the COVID-19 scare and Announcement No. 13,
s. 2020 released by the Civil Service Commission dated March 17, 2020 provides that work
arrangement of government agencies in Luzon shall now be limited to work from home except
those agencies required to provide skeletal force as part of the implementation of the strict home
quarantine policy of the government to contain the spread of the dreaded virus.
Apropos, the work from home shall be implemented in the local government of Ilocos
Norte for the period March 17-April 13, 2020 or until such time the Enhanced Community
Quarantine over Luzon has been lifted,
In order not to paralyze the operations of the local government unit a skeletal force shall
be maintained in this office and to strictly comply with the call of the authorities EXCEPT the
Municipal Health Office and the Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office. Department
Heads shall be put on-call 24/7.
In this connection, the following employees shall undergo work from home with the
following schedules, to wit:
NAME OF EMPLOYEE POSITION/ WORK FROM HOME SCHEDULE (for the
DESIGNATION period March 17-April 13, 2020)
Note: All other employees not included in the work from home schedule shall report to their respective
offices and shall reflect their attendance in the DTR/Bundy Clock.
