Circle Office Instructions issued in letter no REP/S3-1/2024 dated 30.12.2024 are reiterated as follows: Relieving Divisional Heads concemed are requested to check Roll number, Community, DOBIDCCS of the allotted candidates with the available records hefore relief of the officials No re-allotment requests for change of Divisions/Units will be entertained or considered in respect of candidates under any circumstances. If the official does not join the Appointment post with in seven (07) days of issuance of Appointment order, it-will be deemed to have been declined. Official on leave may be allowed to Join even after seven da s if thoy communicate in writing to accept the appoinim: case the official will be allowed to join after expiry of approved leave period, and in that If the selected candidate declines appointment, the declaration may be submited to this office immediately. Onders/guidelines relating to Reservation in Appointment to Persons with Benchmark Disabilities vide DoPT OM No.36012/2020-stt(Re-Il) dated 17.05.2022 and Directorate letter No.X- 20/17/2024-SPN-II dated 13.08.2024 along with DoPT OM No.36035/02/2017-Fsti(Res) dated 27.09.2024, and other extant rules guidelines issued from time to time will be followed. The selections of the candidates from reserved category viz, EWS/OBC/SC/ST/PwBD is subject to verification of their certificates, as per extant instructions ‘on the subject. In case of the appointment of candidate who claims to belong to $C/STIOBC truotions in Para 4 of DoPT OM No.36011/1/2012-Estt(Res) dated 08.10.2015 will be followed. The guidelines issued by Posial Directorate vide OM No:17-47/2024-GDS dated 14.10.2024 on dealing with the appointment of GDS to the Departmental Posts in the event of pendency of Disciplinary/Criminal Proceedings, Put off-duty and currency of punishment on GDS will be adhered to. ‘The selection of the candidates is purely provisional subject to the fulfilment of required tions of relevant Recruitment Rules. [t may be ensured that no provisional candidate is given appointment without regularization of their candidature. The Relieving Divisions are reguested to verify the current status of the candidature of the qualified candidates. The officialicandidate against whom vigilance or disciplinary ease is pending/those undergoing punishment should not be relieved and such cases should be referred back to Circle Office as per Directorate’s letter No. 17-47/2024-GDS dated 14.10.2024. If the verification reveals that the claim of the candidate belonging to Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe/Other Backward classes (not belonging to Creamy layerEWS is false or educational certificates are not genuine or found unfit on Police ation, histher services shall be terminated forthwith without assigning any further reasons and without prejudice to such action as may be taken under the provisions of the Indian Penal Code for production of false certificate. The official will be under probation for 2 period of 2 years. The clearance of probation period will be reviewed by Departmental Confirmation Committee after two yeats. The officials will be confirmed in the cadre as per Directorate instructions F.No W-17/3 1/202 1-SPN-I-DOP dated 03.03.2022. In case, if the exan is found subsequently that any of the selected candidate(s) was not eligible to take nation under the existing rules / instructions on the subject or for any reasons or case, any error is found with regard to announcement of results of any candidate for any reasons whatsoever, his/her name will be deleted from the select list, as the ease may be.
