Sprinklers in areas with suspended ceiling the escutcheon plates shall be chrome on center
of the ceiling boards. Sprinkler shall be 93 degrees Centigrade at the Kitchen, Mechanical
room, Genset room and Parking areas with standard orifice glass bulb upright type or
pendent type, and brass finish. Sprinkler shall be 68 degrees Centigrade at the offices and
residential with Quick response orifice glass bulb recessed type, chrome finish UL/FM
