How to Change the MPI Node Address For a Siemens S7-
300 PLC Follow
I have, the Siemens S7-300 PLCs connected to each other using MPI (Multi Point Interface)

Remember when you click on the icon to access nodes, and I saw MPI = 2 (right)? My Window

address assigned previously. You must click on the View button right below it. You will see the
current node address is displayed, this is the same as that previously seen when you click the
disabled icon nodes. Simply click on that number and you will see it displayed in the MPI address
of the contact slot Enter destination station. Click the OK button to download the module window.
Click the OK button and the Stop Target Modules window. Click OK, and "Do you want to run the
module?" window. Click Yes.
