I am concerned for my client Mrs Shweta Vinayak Khopkar. Up on the instructions and
authority from my client. I have to address you as under:
My client states that, she got married to you on dated 17 th February, 2016 as per Hindu
Vedic rituals at kolkeshwar temple , Bhoiwada, Parel.
That you have a son named Trayaksha Khopkar age 8years who is residing with you at
the above marital address.
My client states that till the month of march there were no problems between you, and
you were taking good care of my client. My client states that within five years of the birth
of your son she had to leave her job because she had to dedicate the time for the son’s
upbringing.
My client states that in the mid of march 2024 she got a call from miss Poonam loke
who also stays in the same chawl complaining about you that you are stalking her during
going to the office. She requested my client to come to the police station whereby my
client came to know that Miss Poonam and her boy friend had taken you to Bhoiwada
Police Station to complain about the stalking committed by you. My client states that
Miss Poonam has registered an N.C complaint against you for stalking her.

My client states that in the first week of April,2024 she warned both of you of legal
consequences when both of you stated that that there was an affair between both Miss
Poonam and you. However miss Poonam said that everything has come to an end from
her side since she has got new boy friend however your husband is not ready to accept the
same.
My client states that even though she had warned you about your affair ,she found the
messages of your extramarital affairs with Miss Poonam in the months of september and
october 2024 and she was forced to warn you yet again.
My client states that in the month of december yet again she caught you storing the selfie
photos of you putting your arm around neck of miss Poonam which were taken on the
same day and she felt devasteted yet again.
My client states that she feels that she was at shock to know that you have an extra
marital affair even though you are married to my client and inspite of repeated warnings
you have shamelessly continued your inappropriate behaviour.
My client states that this affair has caused my client mental agaony, loss of mental peace,
mental torture and emotional loss.
My client further states that lately you are always conducting yourself as you have no
interest in your marriage with my client and that she has lost the faith in the relationship
due to your behaviour.
My client states that in the view of your current infedelity and unfaithful behaviour she
demands that you make separate arrangements for her and her sons accomodation
immedietely upon the receipt of this notice, failing which my cliuent reserves the right to
take necessary legal action against you at your own cost and consequences.
A copy of the said notice is retained at my office.
